Dinner at Bareburger

I started the day with an hour of intuitive exercise and I felt like walking outside in the fresh air so I did that along with some
Yoga.

Then I had a lemon water.

Then I made these gluten free blueberry muffins! 

The batter! Mmm! I added some cacao nibs too. 

Delicious! I had 3 ;) 


I had a 25 minute sauna. 

Later an earth diet chocolate peanut butter cup! 

Dinner was at Bareburger at 46th on West Side NYC! Organic! 

Orange juice...

Organic blueberry soda. 

Burger with sweet potato fries and fries. Organic ketchup!

Watermelon for dinner

Today I ate:

Smoothie for breakfast. 


Lunch: gluten free mung bean pasta with a sauce I made: olive oil, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh thyme from garden. 

Dinner, watermelon.

On-the-go NYC eating today!

NYC today and the sun was shining all day long! Had some meetings! Book launch in 42 days. 


This quote was my inspiration for the day - to have fun along the way. 


And this one - I am so so passionate about health as you know! 


I did 30 minutes of stretching and breathing. I skipped breakfast I was not hungry.

Lunch I was craving this epic superfood smoothie made with berries and cacao powder and maca! This is like 2 meals in a drink! 


This came today from Vitacost! Feeling so nourished. I will be teaching some online classes about how to save 30-50% off organic ingredients! It's the way to live a healthier lifestyle without the expense. 

Dinner was 3 of these Earth Diet raw chocolate almond butter cups! Protein and antioxidants for dinner. 
I enjoyed Central Park for the evening and absorbed the fresh air. 

Today my eating habits reflect on-the-go in NYC!

Feeling good and on a mission!

From Florida to NYC

Today I traveled from Florida to NYC.

I started the day with water and watermelon! 

Breakfast, 

Inspired by this that one of the Earth Diet health coaches posted! 

Lunch was at a stop over in Charlotte NC, one of my favorite airports. No Earth Diet Cafe there yet tho ;) I had this shrimp sushi with avocado and mango. Not the cleanest option of eating but I was craving some protein and carbs and I fully enjoyed it - no guilt allowed on the menu! 
Drank 2 green teas after to help with the digestion - ANTIOXIDANTS. 

Everyday is about taking care of ourself. 

My flyers arrived in New York! Very excited! "New from Hay House". 

I had a spoon of almond butter and a spoon of peanut butter for dinner. And two tablespoons of hemp seeds. Was craving the protein. I love getting protein from hemp seeds as its so light and easy to digest. 

Then I did some Coach on Call - Cheryl Richardson cards.


Drank alkaline water when home.

Last day eating in Florida

Today I started with a lime juice, lime in water to alkalize my body. 

Then I had a green tea for some morning antioxidants. 

Breakfast I had coconut milk ice cream - chocolate peanut butter swirl. Protein and iron. 

Lunch I had a huge potato salad. I cooked potatoes with tomatoes and basil, on lettuce with lime juice and cilantro. Big lunch. 


Then I went to the beach where I could do some call meetings - in Florida. This was my office, so divine and so grateful. I also did an hour of walking, stretching and breathing - my daily hour of intentional exercise. 


Florida makes me so tanned and bleaches my hair. I really love the sunshine here. 

Late afternoon I went to Wholefoods and had a 10 minute massage. Love how they have massages in their whole body section. And then I had some fast food haha pineapple yum so vibrant and so fresh! 

I happily went fruit crazy at Wholefoods. Fresh fruit was on my mind and that's all I could think about - the rest of my list was forgotten haha!!! Got some organic watermelon, pineapple, nectarines, grapes, bananas, raspberries and apples. 

The evening I had a meeting ;) 

Today we developed the Earth Diet directory on the website which will feature all the helpful resources of people, blogs, companies, websites etc it's free - we just want to provide people with a huge amount of resources all around the world that help to live this lifestyle. I went to the hot tub, steam room and then sauna to finish the night :) cleansing! Feels so good. I also ate some more grapes and a nectarine and raspberries for dinner.

Starting the day with big breakfast

Started the day with a big breakfast! Protein and carbs! Organic free range eggs, avocado, a huge pile of fresh cilantro and French toast with some maple syrup. So good. With real salt and pepper. 

Lunch was this orange a great view of Florida beach. Also drank lots of water today - and everyday. 

Afternoon snack was this coconut milk ice cream - chocolate and peanut butter! On the beach. I spent 2 hours on the beach stretching, meditating and walking. That's my workout for the day. 

I love this gratitude reminder. To remember that earth provide us with whole ingredients every single day. 

For dinner I had another orange. Then I had a one hour coaching call with a new client - who has cancer and is determined to heal it. 

Then I just had this bentonite clay drink. 

Had another couple spoons of the ice cream! It feels like the big breakfast sustained me for the entire day. 

Today is 44 days to book launch!

3 days of eating / balance

Here is my past 3 days of eating.

Thursday breakfast I started with protein organic eggs and pineapple. 

For a morning snack I had coconut milk ice cream sandwich. 


Lunch I had organic pizza!!! Fulfilling. 

Afternoon snack was a romantic date with myself with this coconut milk ice cream covered in chocolate. 

For dinner I had a Phresh Greens drink. 

The next day Friday started with bentonite clay to draw toxins.

Made an epic lunch. This is onion cooked with basil and tomato and real salt. 

Then I added brown rice pasta. Delicious. Recipe in new book. 


Then it was Friday afternoon! So I decided to go to the beach for 3 hours. 

This was my veiw. Paradise. And I walked for an hour. 

Friday evening snacks. Kombucha - natures soda! 

Today Saturday I went to the only organic salon in Fort Lauderdale John Bruno Organic Salon and saw this Natural Awakenings article where an article I wrote is featured! On "Nurture through Nourishment." 

Check out what he served up! This 3-ingredient smoothie with blueberries, pineapple and strawberries. Amazing. 

I instagrammed this picture - to only let the best touch your hair! Make sure if you go to a salon it is organic and animal cruelty free - less chemicals in the hair! 

I had a bentonite clay drink.

Dinner was shrimp/prawn cocktail.
