Kevin before he died from E. Coli

Thoughts:
In 2001, Barbara Kowalcyk lost her 2 year old son Kevin just 12 days after he ate an American hamburger. Kevin's death was caused by E.coli poisoning - a side effect of our country's factory food businesses.“We put faith in our government to protect us, and we’re not being protected at the most basic level.” - Barbara Kowalcyk. She has since become a food safety advocate, fighting to give the USDA back its power to shut down plants that repeatedly produce contaminated meats. Barbara and her mother, Patricia Buck, have pushed for the “Kevin’s Law” bill to become law since 2002. It still has not passed.

E. coli food poisoning is an illness that is caused by the ingestion of E. coli bacteria after exposure to contaminated food, beverages, water, animals, or other persons. E. coli are members of a large group of bacterial germs that inhabit the intestinal tract of humans and other warm-blooded animals (mammals, birds). After ingestion, E. coli bacteria rapidly multiply in the large intestine and bind tightly to cells in the intestinal lining.sudden onset of abdominal pain and severe cramps, followed within 24 hours by diarrhea. Hemorrhagic colitis typically occurs within 2 to 5 days of ingestion of E. coli, but the incubation period, or time between the ingestion of E. coli bacteria and the onset of illness, may be as broad as 1 to 10 days.

As the infection progresses, diarrhea becomes watery and then may become grossly bloody, that is, bloody to the naked eye. E. coli symptoms also may include vomiting and fever, although fever is an uncommon symptom.

On rare occasions, E. coli infection can cause bowel necrosis (tissue death) and perforation without progressing to hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS)—a complication of E. coli infection that is now recognized as the most common cause of acute kidney failure in infants and young children.

Healthy beef and dairy cattle may carry the E. coli germ in their intestines. The meat can get contaminated with the germ during the slaughtering process. When beef is ground up, the E. coli germs get mixed throughout the meat.

21 Sept.2006 - I must address this tragedy of the wrongful association of a bacteria called E-coli from spinach causing sickness or even death. I have said for years that germs cannot cause sickness, disease or death but are the products of cellular transformation. There is only one cause of sickness, disease and death and that is the over-acidification of the blood and then tissues due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. Our bodies are alkaline by design. If you maintain that alkaline design you can never get sick. All functions of the human body are acidic. If we do no eliminate the acids from digestion or metabolism through urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration they will build up in our tissues making us sick and tired and eventual death. The kidneys cannot and do not fail because of eating spinach that may have been contaminated with E-coli. Germs do not cause disease as most medical savants would have us believe! This is absurd! Kidneys fail when they become over acid from lifestyle and dietary choices. There is no other cause. So go ahead and enjoy your greens including spinach. They will help maintain your alkaline design and prevent sickness and disease, including kidney disease.

23 Sept. 2006 - The individuals that have been suggested of possibly dying from E-coli found in the kidney is like blaming the smoke from a fired gun as the cause of death. Logically we know that smoke from a fired gun cannot kill. In fact it is not even the bullet that can kill. It is the person that is pulling the trigger that causes the gun to be fired, that causes the release of the bullet and then the residue of smoke. E-coli is the smoke. The bullet is the acid. And the trigger is the individuals lifestyle and dietary choices. Not for a moment do I believe that anyone unless staving to death would eat spoiled fermenting smelly and awful tasting spinach. I truly believe that people are not that stupid and I am not about to believe these ridiculous claims that spinach was the possible cause of death as suggested by western germ theory scientists.

To justify their claims, these medical savants are now saying that E-coli is the possible villain in this fairy tale by suggesting that it is coming from migrant workers who are urinating and defecating in the fields around the spinach. I can hardly contain myself from laughing out loud when organic farmers are using chicken excrement to fertilize the fields of spinach and other vegetables and fruits. Here at Rancho del Sol we use chicken excrement in and around our organic grapefruit and avocado trees for its oxygen and nitrogen components. This is what all organic farmers use. So what would be worse -- human excrement or chicken excrement to fertilize with?

As for Legionnaire's disease this also is not caused by bacteria but from the over indulgence of acidic foods and drinks. There were many people who were sick that had been diagnosed with Legionnaire's where no bacteria could be found. The reason -- acid makes us sick not bacteria. This is also the case with individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. They are sick but there is no virus present! So what is the cause? It can only be from an over acidic environment. So we need to look at the acid from our lifestyle and dietary choices. The acid from the beverages we drink such as tea, coffee and alcohol. The toxins from meats that release nitric, uric, sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Or the toxins from sugar like acetlyaldehyde or lactic acids. These are the true culprits or poisons that make us sick, tired and fat that leads to our eventual death.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast: A big cup of freshly squeezed orange juice at the Chelsea Cafe in Manhattan with the camera crew :) Fruit salad, pineapple, rockmelon (cantaloupe), melon, grapefruit, grapes and orange! Mmm so sweet :)

Lunch: Macadamia nuts. Lots of them! Mmm my favourite nuts, juicy, crunchy and creamy :)

Dinner: Lentils and brown rice mmm mmm mmm!

Dessert: Cherries!

Exercise: Running around Manhattan with Prokhorov Russian billionaire shooting a recruitment video for the Knicks basketball. We had a private tour of Yankee stadium ... walked on the field, and yep the players change rooms as well! Hehe :)

Thoughts: With Dr. Robert Young on cancer ...

1) What is the origin of cancer or where does cancer begin?

Cancerous tissue, above all other consequences of choice, has countless secondary causes. But even for a cancerous condition there is only ONE PRIME ORIGIN and CAUSE. I have simply summarized this origin and cause of cancerous tissue in a few words. The prime origin and cause of cancerous tissue is the over-acidification of the blood then the tissues due to lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous tissue begins with our choices of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live. Cancer is a liquid and this liquid is a toxic waste product of metabolism or energy consumption.

In 1966, Dr. Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for his discovery of the cause of cancer delivered a lecture at an annual meeting of Nobelists at Lindau, Germany. In his speech he described the primal cause of cancer as follows:

"The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar. All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes. From the standpoint of the physics and chemistry of life this difference between nomal and cancer cells is so great that one can scarely picture a greater difference. Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals is dethroned in the cancer cells and replaced by an energy yielding reaction of the lowest living forms. namely, a fermentation of glucose."

The following is a summary of understanding cancerous tissues:

Cancer is not a cell but a poisonous acidic liquid.

A cancer cell, is a cell that has been spoiled or poisoned by metabolic or gastrointestinal acids.

A tumor is the body's protective mechanism to encapsulate spoiled or poisoned cells from excess acid that has not been properly eliminated through urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration.

The tumor is the body's solution to protect healthy cells and tissues.
Cancer is a systemic acidic condition that settles at the weakest parts of the body -not a localized problem that metastases.

Metastases is localized acids spoiling other cells much like a rotten apple spoiling a bushel of healthy apples.

There is no such thing as a cancer cell. A cancer cell was once a healthy cell that has been spoiled from acid.

The tumor is not the problem but the solution to protect healthy cells and tissues from being spoiled from other rotting cells and tissues.

The only solution to the acidic liquids that poison body cells causing the affect that medical savants call cancer is to alkalize and energize the body.

In conclusion, the human body is alkaline by design and acidic by function! If we desire a healthy body we must maintain that alkaline design.

2) Does diet and lifestyle have anything to do with cancer?

Absolutely! Cancer is not something we get it is something we do as a consequence of daily choice of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live. We either have an alkaline lifestyle and diet and enjoy a fit and healthy body or we have an acidic lifestyle and diet and experience the aches, pains and suffering from metabolic acids.

The former US Surgeon General, C. Everett Koop, had this to say about diet:

"YOUR CHOICE OF DIET CAN INFLUENCE YOUR LONG TERM HEALTH PROSPECTS MORE THAN ANY OTHER ACTION YOU MIGHT TAKE."

3) If cancer is preventable how do we prevent it?

I have said many times that the cure for cancerous tissue will not be found in its treatment but in its prevention. That prevention can only be obtained by making healthier lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous condition is the consequence of choice. For example, if you want to reduce your risk for cancereous tissue of the lung by 100%, then stop smoking and stop associating or working around people that do smoke. Secondary smoke is just as acidic and damaging to the lung tissue. If don't want a cancerous liver then stop drinking alcohol and carbonated drinks. If you don't want a cancerous pancreas then stop eating the acid sugar. If you don't want a cancerous bowel then stop eating protein. It is that simple. The following are a few research studies from around the world that substantiate my own findings:

Results: CABBAGE was the most important single food in reducing the risk of stomach cancer

Study: Italian study on Smokers
Results: Smokers who consumed GREEN LEAFY and other VEGETABLES had a THREE FOLD REDUCTION in their risk of lung cancer with smokers who rarely ate vegetables.

Study: Hebel Cancer Institute in China
Results: GARLIC, ONION AND TOMATO had the ability to INHIBIT the CELL MUTATION caused by common chemotherapeutic drugs... this is based on conclusive evidence that chemotherapy drugs cause cell mutations and lead to other types of cancers later in life.

Results: Cancer patients receiving radiation therapy can benefit dramatically from optimal VEGETABLE based diets.

Study: University of Athens School of Medicine in Greece
Results: Women who consumed the LOWEST level of vegetables had 10 TIMES the rate of BREAST CANCER compared to women consuming the HIGHEST level of vegetables.

Results: Eating VEGETABLES dramatically reduced incidence of BREAST CANCER.

4) If I have cancer, such as colon, lung, or prostate cancer can I reverse it naturally?

The answer to this question is absolutely! Once you understand the cause of ALL cancerous tissues as latent tissue acidosis you can then begin the process of reversing, regenerating and preventing the consequences of acidic choices by making healthier alkaline choices. Lunch: Fruit crumble from yesterdays creation :) It's like apple crumble but with more fruit and of course all ingredients naturally provided from the earth! Ingredients: Apple, strawberries, blackberries! Buckwheat, oats, cinnamon, agave syrup and peanuts :)

Dinner: At the most amazing sushi restaurant in Manhattan! Had some edamame beans, green tea, and spinach with garlic and crushed chickpeas. And I had a taste of the avocado and prawn roll and a prawn in chilli.

Dessert: Cherries!

Snacks: Pineapple.

Thoughts: Why are Australian farmers being paid to leave their land?

What is causing the unusual weather patterns on Earth? There are many causes including vast energy shifts coming from the centre of the Milky Way galaxy, via the Sun. Man’s pollution is also causing some “global warming, but perhaps not as much as we have been lead to believe.

However a major contributor for the droughts affecting Australia’s farmers are “chemtrails”.

Chemtrails are trails left behind jet aircraft and are different in appearance and quality from those of normal contrails or water vapour trails. Chemtrails are composed of harmful chemicals, and are being deliberately produced, and covered up by the government. The term “chemtrail” does not refer to common forms of aerial dumping (e.g. crop dusting, cloud seeding to increase rainfall or aerial firefighting). It specifically refers to systematic, high-altitude dumping of Barium, Aluminium and scattering particulates for undisclosed purposes, resulting in the appearance of these unusual contrails to be seen crossing our blue skies.

So why have chemtrails been appearing in Australian skies for over a decade? Who is making the chemtrails? Apparently many commercial airline pilots have been required to sign confidentiality agreements to not disclose the fact that their aircraft are distributing and discharging dangerous chemicals into our skies. Military aircraft are also being deployed. One of the chemicals, barium salts, effectively “dries up the rain”. Of course, the pilots may have been told they are “cloud seeding” to “make rain” for the farmers!

To add to the “climate control” mix, the US government is assisting by operating their HAARP technology to effect climate change locally in Australia in conjunction with the local chemtrails. The massive HAARP antenna array is located in Alaska with world wide coverage. There are many references on the world wide web.

So why does the government want farmers to leave the land by causing an artificial drought? The Australian Government has recently signed the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP) and is planning, with help from the USA to build nuclear power stations along the Australian eastern seaboard. It needs the land for the power stations, each of which will have an associated underground long term dump for nuclear waste.

A new study shows that nuclear reactors are likely to be spaced out from Townsville in Queensland to Port Augusta in South Australia. Queensland would have six reactors and in NSW there would be four power plants. Victoria would have four and South Australia, three. Siting considerations include access to water for cooling and the national electricity grid.

A government-commissioned inquiry headed by Dr. Ziggy Switkowski last year reported reactors would have to be positioned within tens of kilometres of the east coast national power grid. The inquiry posed 25 reactors producing a third of Australia’s electricity needs by 2050.

The Australian Government, together with the US Government, have been controlling the weather for some time. These chemtrails are not contrails. Lack of rainfall will result in the construction of more dams which leads to the construction of nuclear power plants, which require lots of water! This will lead to more control of water resources and the privitisation of water.

The farms, will collectively, become the property of the banks, who will sell them, after it rains again of course, to Agri-Giants from USA.

Thoughts: Briers, thorns, thistles, vines and tics.

How do you recognize machinery in organic life? Start with nature ... Ever walk into a forest and see how the outside of the trails and entrance ways are protected by briers, thorns, thistles, vines and tics, a mechanism to keep us out. But then when you walk off the trail and go deep into the woods there is less and even none of this. You have to get off the trail and into the heart of the woods. That takes work to get to. Like anything. Like health.

It is easier to stay on the 'track' that is laid out for you, just follow the path. Which path are you following? What is most likely to be your future? In 2 weeks, 2 months and 2 years? Health or dis-ease?

Obama's wife, Michelle, said that 'everything begins and ends with hope'. Utter nonsense. Hope is a meaningless emotion because its fruits are always in the future and, by definition, never in the NOW.

"Hope is like riding a carousel horse; no matter how fast you go you never get closer to the one in front. The idea, however, is to persuade you to stay on the horse, despite the inevitable disappointment, in the 'hope' that things will change. But they don't because the very system is designed to prevent it.

That's the way 'hope' is employed by the dastardly and devious - take the crap we are giving you now in the 'hope' that things will get better (but we know they won't).

We have no job, no food on the table and our home has been foreclosed, but at least we have 'hope'. Phew, thank goodness for that. 'I'm hungry, mum, can I have some hope, please?' 'I'm so sorry, darling, you can't have hope today, only tomorrow - hope is always tomorrow.' 'So will I eat tomorrow, mum?' However, death is also a miracle and, from a spiritual point of view, it is a time of rejoicing, for it is a time of returning to a truer "state of Being.

There is a natural flow of birth, death/transition, rest and assimilation, and rebirth in order to experience the wondrous variety of shapes, sizes, forms and realities available to you as a cocreator. In the meantime, you must release many of your old ‘fixed’ ideas and taboos about death and the hereafter, and come to the realization that the life you are now experiencing is only a ‘moment’ in universal time.

One of the most important things for you to understand is that everything you experience begins ‘within.’ You are a microcosm or a miniature universe within the macrocosm which contains the totality of the Omniversal experience.

You have an etheric body which contains a complete, authentic replica of your physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Forgive yourself for that which is done and cannot be changed...it is a gift IF you recognize the error and can release the punishment of self or of another.

Lunch: Beet, carrot, celery, ginger juice. 3 of the most scrumptious delicious crunchy melt in your mouth and hand chocolate peanut butter cookies! Recipe will be in the earth diet book being released in November!

Dinner: Fruit crumble! Fruit crumble is a great energy and work out food! Lick out the bowl – it’s a must! And eat this bits out of the oven tray! They are the best! Recipe below!

Dessert: Why would I eat dessert when dinner is fruit crumble? Hehe!

Snacks: Sweet pineapple! And the apple skin after I peeled the apples for the apple crumble ;)

Day 188


Challenges: Do you want great health? How do you get it? Through food? The mind? IS MIND CONTROL GOOD OR BAD?

This article discusses the nature of beliefs, thinking & the mind, and how mind control can be applied by outside agencies, and more importantly, by oneself.

BELIEFS Denial of external mind control, ("oh golly, just more of that conspiracy theory crap") is also denial of much (if not all) of what believe about our world and ourselves. Since we came into this world believing almost nothing, it is reasonable to suppose that we learnt our beliefs from others.

Some of the beliefs we might have been taught are that:
* It is natural to fear
* We are wanting in some way
* Punishment benefits someone
* We are unloved
* It is beneficial to cope with stress
* We're born of "original sin" or even "born bad"
* Pain should be managed
* It's bad to touch one's "private" parts
* We are unsupported
* You cannot follow your heart
* Pharmaceutical companies have your interests at heart (like banks do...)
* An otherwise perfectly satisfied carpet can express a "need" to be cleaned

Being well aware of what feels good, and what feels bad, it is interesting to note that a lot of what we think about is flavoured by what we believe, and it doesn't feel good.

SO WHO IS IN CONTROL? If free will is the freedom to think and feel what we will, why on earth would we choose to think or feel ... bad ? Another interesting question is ... if we are not being responsible for, or exercising control over, our own minds, who is ? Of course you may opt to believe that it's all just sort of accidental, or it's part of "human nature", to think & do what we do. Then I'd ask "who taught you that?" To take this further we would do well to have a workable model to describe thinking and the mind.

AND WHAT IS THE "MIND" Let's describe the mind as an energy field that flows through every cellular and sub-cellular structure in our body (this is in accord with current quantum-related theories). Roger Penrosei suggests this model to explain mathematical incongruities with "thinking in the brain" theories.

SO THOUGHTS & FEELINGS ARE? If the mind is an energy field then thoughts and feelings are fluctuations and perturbations in that energy field and instantly flow through and about our physical body and every structure within that body. (Deepak Chopra's "... the body is in the mind") THE TUNEABLE BODY A musical metaphor allows further consideration, then, of our thoughts and feelings being in harmony or disharmony within the context of our mind. They are the method by which we tune our mind ... and since we allowed the body to be in the mind, our thoughts and feelings can also be said to tune our body.

What are we tuning to ? Why, feeling better, of course, to the best of our ability, dependant upon what we believe! WHAT ABOUT EMOTIONS ? Emotions provide "amplitude modulation" to the waves of thought and feeling. The stronger the emotion, the more "power" does the thought or feeling have to effect (for better or worse) the tuning, and thus the harmony, or wellbeing of the body-mind.

WHERE DO MEMORIES FIT IN? Memories, within this energetic model, are stored in the structures of our physical body. They allow a playback mechanism such that a full body response is available.

This gives a whole new slant on aches, pains & illnesses, which now can be described as the physical manifestations of energetic conditions arising within the mind. Loss of heart (occasioning heart conditions), or feeling unsupported (leading to leg and foot conditions), or feeling overburdened and stressed (giving us shoulder and neck aches) are examples of this viewpoint, as is the efficacy of massage in releasing stored body memories. Have you ever met anyone who has "worked their guts out", who doesn't have bowel conditions ? THE WORDS WE USE The simplest way of discussing this is to state that whatever you state as truth, is! Whatever follows the personal pronoun "I" in a sentence, is! Your choice! BE CHOOSY with your words! And so it goes. Whatever you think and feel about your experiences can be described as beneficial or not beneficial to the mind & body. That's why we are encouraged "to see through" the control mechanisms that have limited us. Without knowing that such mechanisms are in place, or that such control is possible, we allow outside manipulation to continue, and even aid and assist it's use against our well being.

A retired vaccine researcher goes public on what the pharmaceutical industry and the health authorities don't want us to know: that vaccines are unsafe, untested and one of the greatest frauds of our time.

I have long warned about the dangers of vaccines, especially for babies and young children, whose immune systems are not capable of coping with the many contaminants and toxic preservatives in vaccines. There are other reasons why even adults should avoid them. Now, for the first time, a former insider from within the vaccine industry has agreed to talk about the dangers of vaccines.



"Dr Mark Randall" is the pseudonym of a former vaccine researcher who worked for many years in the laboratories of major pharmaceutical houses and the US government's National Institutes of Health. He is now retired and has reluctantly agreed to speak out. In my opinion, his testimony matches all the other claims that I have studied in past years.



This interview that follows is important not only because of Dr Randall's intimate knowledge of vaccine dangers but for his testimony about the inside workings and cover-ups between government and the vaccine industry—the two sources that keep trying to assure Americans that they can be trusted. This major excerpt is perhaps the best single written summary of the back-up evidence for the case against immunisations.

INTERVIEW WITH A FORMER VACCINE RESEARCHER

Q (Jon Rappoport): You were once certain that vaccines were the hallmark of good medicine.

A (Dr Mark Randall): Yes, I was. I helped develop a few vaccines. I won't say which ones.

Q: Why not?

A: I want to preserve my privacy.

Q: So you think you could have problems if you came out into the open?

A: I believe I could lose my pension.

Q: On what grounds?

A: The grounds don't matter. These people have ways of causing you problems, when you were once "part of the Club". I know one or two people who were put under surveillance, who were harassed.

Q: Harassed by whom?

A: The FBI.

Q: Really?

A: Sure. The FBI used other pretexts. And the IRS can come calling, too.

Q: So much for free speech.

A: I was "part of the inner circle". If now I began to name names and make specific accusations against researchers, I could be in a world of trouble.

Q: Do you believe that people should be allowed to choose whether they should get vaccines?

A: On a political level, yes. On a scientific level, people need information so that they can choose well. It's one thing to say choice is good. But if the atmosphere is full of lies, how can you choose? Also, if the FDA were run by honourable people, these vaccines would not be granted licences. They would be investigated to within an inch of their lives.

Q: There are medical historians who state that the overall decline of illnesses was not due to vaccines.

A: I know. For a long time I ignored their work.

Q: Why?

A: Because I was afraid of what I would find out. I was in the business of developing vaccines. My livelihood depended on continuing that work.

Q: And then?

A: I did my own investigation.

Q: What conclusions did you come to?

A: The decline of disease is due to improved living conditions.

Q: What conditions?

A: Cleaner water. Advanced sewage systems. Nutrition. Fresher food. A decrease in poverty. Germs may be everywhere, but when you are healthy you don't contract the diseases as easily.

Q: What did you feel when you completed your own investigation?

A: Despair. I realised I was working in a sector based on a collection of lies.

Q: Are some vaccines more dangerous than others?

A: Yes. The DPT shot, for example. The MMR (The one that was compulsory for me to get to live in the USA). But some lots of a vaccine are more dangerous than other lots of the same vaccine. As far as I'm concerned, all vaccines are dangerous.

Q: Why?

A: Several reasons. They involve the human immune system in a process that tends to compromise immunity. They can actually cause the disease they are supposed to prevent.

Q: Why are we quoted statistics which seem to prove that vaccines have been tremendously successful at wiping out diseases?

A: Why? To give the illusion that these vaccines are useful. If a vaccine suppresses visible symptoms of a disease like measles, everyone assumes that the vaccine is a success. But, under the surface, the vaccine can harm the immune system itself. And if it causes other diseases—say, meningitis—that fact is masked, because no one believes that the vaccine can do that. The connection is overlooked.

Q: It is said that the smallpox vaccine wiped out smallpox in England.

A: Yes. But when you study the available statistics, you get another picture.

Q: Which is?

A: There were cities in England where people who were not vaccinated did not get smallpox. There were places where people who were vaccinated experienced smallpox epidemics. And smallpox was already on the decline before the vaccine was introduced.

Q: So you're saying that we have been treated to a false history.

A: Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying. This is a history that has been cooked up to convince people that vaccines are invariably safe and effective.

Vaccine contamination

Q: Now, you worked in labs where purity is an issue.

A: The public believes that these labs, these manufacturing facilities, are the cleanest places in the world. That is not true. Contamination occurs all the time. You get all sorts of debris introduced into vaccines.

Q: For example, the SV40 monkey virus slips into the polio vaccine.

A: Well yes, that happened. But that's not what I mean. The SV40 got into the polio vaccine because the vaccine was made by using monkey kidneys. But I'm talking about something else. The actual lab conditions. The mistakes. The careless errors. SV40, which was later found in cancer tumours...that was what I would call a structural problem. It was an accepted part of the manufacturing process. If you use monkey kidneys, you open the door to germs which you don't know are in those kidneys.

Q: Okay, but let's ignore that distinction between different types of contaminants for a moment. What contaminants did you find in your many years of work with vaccines?

A: All right. I'll give you some of what I came across, and I'll also give you what colleagues of mine found. Here's a partial list. In the Rimavex measles vaccine, we found various chicken viruses. In polio vaccine, we found acanthamoeba, which is a so-called "brain-eating" amoeba. Simian cytomegalovirus in polio vaccine. Simian foamy virus in the rotavirus vaccine. Bird-cancer viruses in the MMR vaccine. Various micro-organisms in the anthrax vaccine. I've found potentially dangerous enzyme inhibitors in several vaccines. Duck, dog and rabbit viruses in the rubella vaccine. Avian leucosis virus in the flu vaccine. Pestivirus in the MMR vaccine.

Q: Let me get this straight. These are all contaminants which don't belong in the vaccines.

A: That's right. And if you try to calculate what damage these contaminants can cause, well, we don't really know because no testing has been done, or very little testing. It's a game of roulette. You take your chances. Also, most people don't know that some polio vaccines, adenovirus vaccines, rubella, hep[atitis] A and measles vaccines have been made with aborted human foetal tissue. I have found what I believed were bacterial fragments and polio virus in these vaccines from time to time, which may have come from that foetal tissue. When you look for contaminants in vaccines, you can come up with material that is puzzling. You know it shouldn't be there, but you don't know exactly what you've got. I have found what I believed was a very small "fragment" of human hair and also human mucus. I have found what can only be called "foreign protein", which could mean almost anything. It could mean protein from viruses.

Q: Alarm bells are ringing all over the place.

A: How do you think I felt? Remember, this material is going into the bloodstream without passing through some of the ordinary immune defences.

Q: How were your findings received?

A: Basically, it was "Don't worry; this can't be helped". In making vaccines, you use various animals' tissue, and that's where this kind of contamination enters in. Of course, I'm not even mentioning the standard chemicals like formaldehyde, mercury and aluminum [aluminium] which are purposely put into vaccines [as preservatives].

Q: This information is pretty staggering.

A: Yes. And I'm just mentioning some of the biological contaminants. Who knows how many others there are. Others we don't find because we don't think to look for them. If tissue from, say, a bird is used to make a vaccine, how many possible germs can be in that tissue? We have no idea. We have no idea what they might be, or what effects they could have on humans.

False assumptions about vaccine safety

Q: And beyond the purity issue?

A: You are dealing with the basic faulty premise about vaccines: that they intricately stimulate the immune system to create the conditions for immunity from disease. That is the bad premise. It doesn't work that way. A vaccine is supposed to "create" antibodies which, indirectly, offer protection against disease. However, the immune system is much larger and more involved than antibodies and their related "killer" cells.







Q: The immune system is...?

A: The entire body, really. Plus the mind. It's all immune system, you might say. That is why you can have, in the middle of an epidemic, those individuals who remain healthy.

Q: So the level of general health is important.

A: More than important. Vital.

Q: How are vaccine statistics falsely presented?

A: There are many ways. For example, suppose that 25 people who have received the hepatitis B vaccine come down with hepatitis. Well, hep B is a liver disease. But you can call liver disease many things. You can change the diagnosis. Then you've concealed the root cause of the problem.

Q: And that happens?

A: All the time. It has to happen, if the doctors automatically assume that people who get vaccines do not come down with the diseases they are now supposed to be protected from. And that is exactly what doctors assume. You see, it's circular reasoning. It's a closed system. It admits no fault. No possible fault. If a person who gets a vaccine against hepatitis gets hepatitis or gets some other disease, the automatic assumption is that this has nothing to do with the vaccine.

Q: In your years working in the vaccine establishment, how many doctors did you encounter who admitted that vaccines were a problem?

A: None. There were a few [researchers working within drug companies] who privately questioned what they were doing. But they would never go public, even within their companies.

Q: What was the turning point for you?

A: I had a friend whose child died after a DPT shot.







Q: Did you investigate?

A: Yes, informally. I found that this child was completely healthy before the vaccination. There was no reason for his death, except the vaccine. That started my doubts. Of course, I wanted to believe that the child had got a bad shot from a bad lot. But as I looked into this further, I found that was not the case in this instance. I was being drawn into a spiral of doubt that increased over time. I continued to investigate. I found that, contrary to what I thought, vaccines are not tested in a scientific way.

Q: What do you mean?

A: For example, no proper long-term studies are done on any vaccines using a control group. Part of what I mean is, no correct and deep follow-up is done, taking into account the fact that vaccines can induce, over time, various symptoms and serious problems which fall outside the range of the disease for which the person was vaccinated. Again, the assumption is made that vaccines do not cause problems. So why should anyone check? On top of that, a vaccine reaction is defined so that all bad reactions are said to occur very soon after the shot is given. But that does not make sense.

Q: Why doesn't it make sense?

A: Because the vaccine obviously acts in the body for a long period of time after it is given. A reaction can be gradual. Deterioration can be gradual. Neurological problems can develop over time. They do in various conditions, even according to a conventional analysis. So why couldn't that be the case with vaccines? If chemical poisoning can occur gradually, why couldn't that be the case with a vaccine which contains mercury?

Q: And that is what you found?

A: Yes. You are dealing with correlations most of the time. Correlations are not perfect. But if you get 500 parents whose children have suffered neurological damage during a one-year period after having a vaccine, this should be sufficient to spark off an intense investigation.

Q: Has it been enough?

A: No. Never. This tells you something right away.

Q: Which is...?

A: The people doing the investigation are not really interested in looking at the facts. They assume that the vaccines are safe. So, when they do investigate, they invariably come up with exonerations of the vaccines. They say, "This vaccine is safe". But what do they base those judgements on? They base them on definitions and ideas which automatically rule out a condemnation of the vaccine.

Q: There are numerous cases where a vaccine campaign has failed, where people have come down with the disease against which they were vaccinated.

A: Yes, there are many such instances. And there the evidence is simply ignored. It's discounted. The experts say, if they say anything at all, that this is just an isolated situation but overall the vaccine has been shown to be safe. But if you add up all the vaccine campaigns where damage and disease have occurred, you realise that these are not isolated situations.



Competing interests

Q: Did you ever discuss what we are talking about here with colleagues when you were still working in the vaccine establishment?

A: Yes, I did.

Q: What happened?

A: Several times I was told to keep quiet. It was made clear that I should go back to work and forget my misgivings. On a few occasions I encountered fear. Colleagues tried to avoid me. They felt they could be labelled with "guilt by association". All in all, though, I behaved myself. I made sure I didn't create problems for myself.

Q: If vaccines actually do harm, why are they given?

A: First of all, there is no "if". They do harm. It becomes a more difficult question to decide whether they do harm in those people who seem to show no harm. Then you are dealing with the kind of research which should be done, but isn't. Researchers should be probing to discover a kind of map, or flow chart, which shows exactly what vaccines do in the body from the moment they enter. This research has not been done. As to why they are given, we could sit here for two days and discuss all the reasons. As you've said many times, at different layers of the system people have their motives: money, fear of losing a job, the desire to win brownie points, prestige, awards, promotion, misguided idealism, unthinking habit, and so on...







Q: The furore over the hepatitis B vaccine seems one good avenue.

A: I think so, yes. To say that babies must have the vaccine and then, in the next breath, admitting that a person gets hepatitis B from sexual contacts and shared needles is a ridiculous juxtaposition. Medical authorities try to cover themselves by saying that 20,000 or so children in the US get hep B every year from "unknown causes", and that's why every baby must have the vaccine. I dispute that 20,000 figure and the so-called studies that back it up.

Q: Andrew Wakefield, the British MD who uncovered the link between the MMR vaccine and autism, has just been fired from his job in a London hospital.

A: Yes. Wakefield performed a great service. His correlations between the vaccine and autism are stunning...

Q: I know that a Hollywood celebrity, stating publicly that he will not take a vaccine, is committing career suicide.

A: Hollywood is linked very powerfully to the medical cartel. There are several reasons, but one of them is simply that an actor who is famous can draw a huge amount of publicity if he says anything. In 1992, I was present at your demonstration against the FDA in downtown Los Angeles. One or two actors spoke against the FDA. Since that time, you would be hard pressed to find an actor who has spoken out in any way against the medical cartel.

Q: Within the National Institutes of Health, what is the mood, what is the basic frame of mind?

A: People are competing for research monies. The last thing they think about is challenging the status quo. They are already in an intramural war for that money. They don't need more trouble. This is a very insulated system. It depends on the idea that, by and large, modern medicine is very successful on every frontier. To admit systemic problems in any area is to cast doubt on the whole enterprise.

You might therefore think that NIH is the last place one should think about holding demonstrations. But just the reverse is true. If five thousand people showed up there demanding an accounting of the actual benefits of that research system, demanding to know what real health benefits have been conferred on the public from the billions of wasted dollars funnelled to that facility, something might start. A spark might go off. You might get, with further demonstrations, all sorts of fallout. Researchers, a few, might start leaking information.

Q: A good idea.

A: People in suits standing as close to the buildings as the police will allow. People in business suits, in jogging suits, mothers and babies. Well-off people. Poor people. All sorts of people.

Q: What about the combined destructive power of a number of vaccines given to babies these days?

A: It is a travesty and a crime. There are no real studies of any depth which have been done on that. Again, the assumption is made that vaccines are safe, and therefore any number of vaccines given together is safe as well. But the truth is, vaccines are not safe. Therefore the potential damage increases when you give many of them in a short time period.

Q: Then we have the fall flu season.

A: Yes. As if only in the autumn do these germs float into the US from Asia. The public swallows that premise. If it happens in April, it is a bad cold. If it happens in October, it is the flu.

Q: Do you regret having worked all those years in the vaccine field?

A: Yes. But after this interview, I'll regret it a little less. And I work in other ways. I give out information to certain people when I think they will use it well.

Burden of proof and the need for studies on vaccine safety

Q: What is one thing you want the public to understand?

A: That the burden of proof in establishing the safety and efficacy of vaccines is on the people who manufacture and license them for public use. Just that. The burden of proof is not on you or me. And for proof you need well-designed, long-term studies. You need extensive follow-up. You need to interview mothers and pay attention to what mothers say about their babies and what happens to them after vaccination. You need all these things—the things that are not there.

Q: The things that are not there.

A: Yes.

Q: To avoid any confusion, I'd like you to review, once more, the disease problems that vaccines can cause—which diseases, how that happens...

A: We are basically talking about two potential, harmful outcomes. One, the person gets the disease from the vaccine. He gets the disease which the vaccine is supposed to protect him from, because some version of the disease is in the vaccine to begin with. Or two, he doesn't get that disease, but at some later time, maybe right away, maybe not, he develops another condition which is caused by the vaccine. That condition could be autism—what's called autism—or it could be some other disease like meningitis. He could become mentally disabled.

Q: Is there any way to compare the relative frequency of these different outcomes?

A: No. Because the follow-up is poor. We can only guess. If you ask, out of a population of a hundred thousand children who get a measles vaccine, how many get the measles and how many develop other problems from the vaccine, there is no reliable answer. That is what I'm saying. Vaccines are superstitions. And with superstitions, you don't get facts you can use. You only get stories, most of which are designed to enforce the superstition. But, from many vaccine campaigns we can piece together a narrative that does reveal some very disturbing things. People have been harmed. The harm is real, and it can be deep and it can mean death. The harm is not limited to a few cases as we have been led to believe.

In the US, there are groups of mothers who are testifying about autism and childhood vaccines. They are coming forward and standing up at meetings. They are essentially trying to fill in the gap that has been created by the researchers and doctors who turn their backs on the whole thing.

Q: Let me ask you this. If you took a child in, say, Boston and you raised that child with good nutritious food and he exercised every day and he was loved by his parents and he didn't get the measles vaccine, what would be his health status compared with the average child in Boston who eats poorly and watches five hours of TV a day and gets the measles vaccine?

A: Of course there are many factors involved, but I would bet on the better health status for the first child. If he gets measles, if he gets it when he is nine, the chances are it will be much lighter than the measles the second child might get. I would bet on the first child every time.

Q: How long did you work with vaccines?

A: A long time. Longer than ten years.

Q: Looking back now, can you recall any good reason to say that vaccines are successful?

A: No, I can't. If I had a child now, the last thing I would allow is vaccination. I would move out of the state if I had to. I would change the family name. I would disappear. With my family. I'm not saying it would come to that. There are ways to sidestep the system with grace, if you know how to act. There are exemptions you can declare, in every State, based on religious and/or philosophic views. But if push came to shove, I would go on the move.

Q: And yet there are children everywhere who do get vaccines and appear to be healthy.

A: The operative word is "appear". What about all the children who can't focus on their studies? What about the children who have tantrums from time to time? What about the children who are not quite in possession of all their mental faculties? I know there are many causes for these things, but vaccines are one cause. I would not take the chance. I see no reason to take the chance. And frankly, I see no reason to allow the government to have the last word. Government medicine is, from my experience, often a contradiction in terms. You get one or the other, but not both.

Q: So we come to the level playing field.

A: Yes. Allow those who want the vaccines to take them. Allow the dissidents to decline to take them. But, as I said earlier, there is no level playing field if the field is strewn with lies. And when babies are involved, you have parents making all the decisions. Those parents need a heavy dose of truth. What about the child I spoke of who died from the DPT shot? What information did his parents act on? I can tell you it was heavily weighted. It was not real information.

Q: Medical PR people, in concert with the press, scare the hell out of parents with dire scenarios about what will happen if their kids don't get shots.

A: They make it seem a crime to refuse the vaccine. They equate it with bad parenting. You fight that with better information. It is always a challenge to buck the authorities. And only you can decide whether to do it. It is every person's responsibility to make up his[/her] mind. The medical cartel likes that bet. It is betting that the fear will win. ∞

"I am very excited to be writing this particular post as it was a request from my beautiful friend Liana. She wanted to provide something for the Earth Dieters out there, as well as anyone looking to loose some weight and gain some energy."

"I think the first thing to consider when loosing weight is your relationship to it. In my previous blog, I covered the REBT model (I included examples of the method covering a relationship with food) which looks at the interaction between thought, feeling and action in some detail and I believe that this is critical to achieving a positive outcome for yourself. A good way to discover your relationship to loosing weight is to do the exercise below that I use when things are not going the way I know I want deep down, when my thoughts and actions do not align (use this exercise in any aspect of your life you want some progress on). Become you own internal Sherlock Holmes and investigate what is going on in your mind that stops your actions mirroring your thoughts.


1.Find a quiet space where you will be left alone and undisturbed. Remember that it is important for you to take time for YOU.

2.Secondly, take some deep breaths and relax you body and mind, this will help you to get an accurate 'reading' of yourself.

3.In the language you use when thinking about the topic, write your statement on a piece of paper. For this example, I will start with:

"I want to loose weight"

4.Now you need to pay very close attention to what thoughts and feelings arise. You can note these down. Below is what I came up with when saying: "I want to loose weight"


I am not slim enough
I should be skinnier
I would look better
I am so lazy to get like this
I could feel more confident
I would feel more attractive
My partner would be more attracted to me
I would not feel threatened around people who take care of themselves
I would feel more desirable
I am not ok how I am, I need to be skinnier
I should look better and be fitter, I am only young.

What do you see in the list above? When you read it, do you feel inspired, or beaten down? Are the comments positive or negative? Do they promote growth and change?

To me personally, the list above is horrible. For me, when I read it, there is no mystery to why I would not be loosing any weight saying "I want to loose weight" when those are the thoughts that come to mind. Your personal context is very important for you to recognize in the list. Some people may be inspired by 'I want to loose weight". It is not the words you use as much as it is the thoughts and feelings that those words conjure up for you. Like a road map with many linking back streets and motorways, your mind is a vast map of linguistic connections and you need to become aware of your own map and know it well. See the connections that you have carved, that are not factual, but are very real to your mind and body.

With a context that is solely negative, to try to loose weight would be like going into battle without my arms or legs and expecting to win. My left leg was taken by self-loathing, the right one by self sabotage, the arms hopelessness and defeat....all before I even got got to the battle ground.

Once you have seen your context clearly, you have come back into your power. You have seen the enemy, reclaimed your limbs and are ready to fight the winning fight.

So again, I would go through the same exercise but change the wording. For the second example, I will say:

"I want to become healthy"

Paying close attention to what thoughts and feelings come to mind and noting them down

Picture hiking up steep mountains easily
Busting with energy
Jumping around full of excitement
Running early in the morning in the warm sun
Eating fresh, tasty, healthy food
Being active
Falling asleep weary after a full on day
Taking up physical challenges
Taking on mental challenges with gusto
Lots of smiling

So what feelings do you get from the list above? Can you notice a huge difference in the feelings it conjures up?

The list above will almost certainly be very different for you to read. But aside from the feelings, there is a HUGE difference. Read both lists over again quickly.

Do you notice how the first list is driven by past hurt? Almost like it is based on past failures, what I cannot be because I am not currently, what I should be (I don't know about you but there is immediate resistance whenever a 'should' is thrown in for me), but am not. It is like an immovable boulder. There is nothing there for me except what I should be, but am not. The whole context is FAILURE!

The second list however is inspirational for me. It is not about looking good, it is not about being desirable, when I say to myself "I want to be healthy" I LIVE experiences in my mind. I SEE the outcome, I SEE what is available. I get excited about what 'HEALTHY" can be for me. I get a positive emotive response. Emotions rule our minds, so if you don't have the emotions on your side, you are not going to get far.

If you get bogged down in "I have tried so many times and failed" etc. you have not allowed your past to be your past. No moment will ever be the same. EVER. Cut your ties to the past that don't inspire you (keep the ones that do) and move forward with excitement.

You have more power that you can possibly imagine and when you start to work with emotional self, physical self, mental self and soul self, you will see that you can do anything you want, easily and enjoyably. It is a process, life is a process. Mistakes and slip-ups are wonderful tools provided you don't use them against yourself (no lesson can be learned as long as you hold onto guilt), but use them for yourself. They grow us and nourish us and develop us and that is what life is about. Learning, and learning and learning some more. Improving and improving and improving some more, for no other reason than it is FUN!

I hope that this has helped you to see that you can achieve ANYTHING when you have agreement between thoughts, feelings, emotions and finally your actions. Take time to get familiar with your road maps, know all of the short-cuts and back-up routes in case of traffic jams.

Challenges: My own internal dialogue.

Triumphs: There is only now. And now. And now.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast: Water with lemon juice squeezed in it. A beet, carrot, celery, ginger juice. 2 mouthfuls of my husbands oats with peanut butter (He is peanut butter everything!). A big delicious juicy sweet pink grapefruit.

Lunch: Avocado and balls of chocolate!

Dinner: Last night's spicy basil tomato and eggplant.

We had visitors so the fruit behaved accordingly.

Dessert: Cookies! Mmm beautiful soft, crumbly, chocolate peanut butter cookies! Ingredients: Oats, nut meal (I blended some peanuts), buckwheat, agave syrup, cocao powder, water, peanut butter (pure crushed peanuts at an organic store). Mmm they melt in your mouth which means they melt in your hand too, so put a hand underneath to catch the crumblies and eat them up too!

Snacks: Balls of chocolate with peanut butter and strawberries! And black berries!

Exercise: I exercised my gardening skills, my arms and core strength by using the axe to chop the dead tree in my garden. We have a killer vine taking over the place, it already forced a HUGE pine to tumble, and now it is latching onto the next and spreading the opposite way to another big beautiful tree. It is taking over, and climbing over the fence to our trees. Aah! I also went for a beautiful run in the sunshine, and did some jumps up in the air, some squats and sit ups to tighten and strengthen my core. After a steaming bath I stretched and did some yoga poses. Mmm it feels so great to open and stretch my muscles.

Thoughts: If you want to melt away some fat and reveal that lean machine of yours then try out some of these foods that I have found to be light and loving to my body! These foods have particular enzymes that injects a little booster of life to your metabolism!



1. Avocados

Avocados go in smooth and come out smooth, they do not clog up your bowel. I was so afraid of avocados for many years, firstly because a kid at school said I was weird for bringing a full avocado from home and eating it with a spoon, as opposed to her snack pack chocolate nutella, so in order to not be weird I stopped eating them. And 2, because everyone said they were high in fat, full of fat, fatty avocados, and I was also afraid of being fat. So here I am being afraid of being weird and afraid of being fat. Until I re-discovered avocados again on The Earth Diet and realized you can eat as much avocados as you want and the fat accumulated from processed foods slides off, like a piece of avocado in your throat does! My favourite thing about opening an avocado jacket is that each avocado is different in taste and colour. I never know what personality of avocado I will get! My favourite kind are the ones coloured a grace green and smooth, creamy and fruity!



2. Asparagus

I am not a fan of asparagus smell. It tastes like it smells too, though I do eat it as I cannot deny it's superb flushing system that removes unwanted fat deposits throughout the body. Perhaps that's why it smells so much the next day (To exactly what I am talking about that smells is left to your imagination - you may have more fun that way!) , well I suppose fat deposits would smell!



3. Almonds

Almonds are the graceful nut. Brazil nuts are bashful boss nut, peanuts are the silly circus nut, macadamia nuts are the deep alluring nut, walnuts are the wacky nut, and almonds are light and graceful and drop their snowy white flakes in my stomach and appease the hunger.



4. Spinach

The myth about spinach and its high iron content may have first been propagated by Dr. E. von Wolf in 1870, because a misplaced decimal point in his publication led to an iron-content figure that was ten times too high! Hehe funny mistake :) However it is still a vegetable with dark green leaves that are low in calories and rich in fiber, iron and beta-carotene, which aids in lowering cholesterol and alkalizing your body ;) Popeye Grin!







5. Green tea

Green tea and chocolate balls are the perfect like pow pow pow couple! I seem to experience a smooth, sexy, flow of energy through my body when I drink hot just brewed green tea. And I'm not talking about the green tea you get in tea bags, I'm talking the actual green tea leaves. The tea bags you buy from the supermarket are like the McDonalds of tea world! Ewww! And it also gives the brain and nervous system a boost, and you know what happens when your body is in alive boost mode, it is happily using up those excess calories.



6. My Chocolate Balls!

Yes you can eat chocolate and lose weight silly! Chocolate is one of the oldest things on this planet! The cocao bean is an aphrodisiac full of magnesium and iron, leaving you fulfilled, physically strong and happy and sexy! And you want to be happy and sexy when you are losing weight! 7. Broccoli!

Oh my favourite tree to eat! Made up of love, vitamins and fibre! As soon as I made broccoli my friend and welcomed it into my life I just love eating it! Oh so green and lush and full of life! The best thing about broccoli, I think, is that it doesn't matter if it's branches get cut off, or the leaves full off, the broccoli is so present and unattached to it's arms, it simply keeps growing, it does not winge and complain that it lost it's arm, it keeps beaming it's broccoli goodness! I can learn alot from broccoli my tree friend!



Make broccoli your friend! Obviously she is happy about it!





8. Walnuts

If you have a habit of overeating like I do, I know we feel like we can't help it because the food is soooo good, I know I know yum yum, but actually we can help it hehe but if you do want a little bumpy reminder eat a wacky walnut! Walnuts seem to giggle all the way down my throat! Have a handful wackos before a meal will stop you from overeating ans also give you a healthy kick up the bottom of fibre, vitamin E and scrumptious fatty acids! And yes they are brain food as they do look like brains!







9. Apples

Apples are like the lollies, sweets and candies of natural earth food! They are such a treat, a delight, a buzzing sensation! Swap a machine made sweet for an apple one time and fall in love with it! And then feel it fall in love with you! Or try the warm apple crumble made from all natural earth foods, the recipe will also be in my book!



10. Jalapeno Peppers or 'Chilli's' as us Aussies say mate. Haha nah I just threw the mate in there, that's cheesy!

Chilli's are a strong does of heat, flavour and strength! If anything they will get you feeling your body! My favourite part about eating a chilli is that they are bashing fire into my body and I feel energetic and alive! If I sweat that's a great sign of something old coming out of my body, make way for the chilli, and out with the sweat!



11. Beans

I love beans! Long solid rich green beans. They are such a peculiar character! They kind of remind me of a skinny frog dressed up as a royal Brittish buttler! When I suck on a bean, I full out it's light, fruity, moist flavours! Mmm mmm mmm beany beany! The scientific world would say they are full of protein and fibre.



12. Grapefruits

Grapefruits are a sweet and intimidating fruit. It is sweet in it's name and taste, and intimidating in it's pungent case and acid name: galacturonic acid. Either way I love it and the acid breaks down fat and is full of fibre to fill up your stomach of goodness!



13. Pineapple

Oh wow pineapple, oh so sweet! Such a treat to have! When I eat a pineapple my body goes to an energetic place of music, beach, sun and a cool breeze! Pineapple is rich in fibre and vitamin c which dances down your bowel walls, taking any icky black sludgy bits with it!



14. Juicing

Beetroot or 'Beet' for the non-Aussies, carrot, celery and ginger juice! This combination in a juice is like a deep body cleanse. The beetroot in your digestive system, goes into the bowels, soaks the bowel walls and any toxin build up in there, any blockages go right down with it! Nothing stands a chance against the beetroot! It soaks the bowel walls sparkling clean! The the carrot makes the juice sweet and will also colour your skin a nice radiant sun glow, the celery is like a hit of focus energy, and ginger is the perfect zing zang energy to remind you that you are alive! You can also add a touch of sweet to your juice with apple or pineapple! Once a day is never too much!



This is what 2 kilos looks like (5 pounds for non-aussies) of fat looks like!



Challenges: Haha I think naturally blue potatoes in my bowels would be a challenge! I saw this today in the supermarket and so I took a photo of it! It was so funny, I stood there a while wondering if it was a joke, and then I realized how dumb my thinking was, it's not a joke, they are actually advertising naturally blue potatoes! Thank you manufacturer of the naturally blue potato chips for keeping us consumers amused, I loved it!

What I Ate Today:



Breakfast: Water with lemon. Oats with pecans and agave syrup!



Lunch: Today at lunch I felt like treating myself so I got all my favourite foods and put them on the one plate! Mmm talk about indulgent! I had an avocado with walnuts inside (mmm it's smooth meets crunchy!) and black berries and strawberries! And then I had some peanut butter with strawberries together, mmm it's the ultimate reward of being a human!



Dinner: Homemade Liana Wedges cooked with Liana love and with some Liana sauce! Hehe or some potato wedges cooked in olive oil, with some tomato, basil and garlic sauce! Mmm mmm mmm!



Dessert: Sweet sweet sweet pineapple!



Snacks: A large juicy grapefruit in between breakfast and lunch!

Exercise: Today was a sensational physical day! My beautiful husband and I went to the park, he ran and I skateboarded, and then we did some laps around the park, pull ups, swinging along the monkey bars (I remember doing that as a kid - and it seemed a lot easier then!) well the monkey bars were actually a soccer goal, and some squats, and stretches, then when we got home we did some gardening. We raked the mulch out of the way so we can plant some flowers, tomatoes, kale, and cucumbers. I am going to build quite a nice generous garden! You hear that garden? Hehe I am training it now so that it will give us lots of produce! Produce in return for love!
