Acne is a skin disease. About 60% of people in the world are suffering from less or severe forms of acne. Who hasn’t encountered the dreaded ‘zit’ at some point in their life, making acne one of the most common of all skin disorders.

Acne is NOT normal and should NOT be happening at ANY age.

Acne is NOT hereditary. And you will NOT have to have acne for the rest of your life.

If you've ever spoken to a dermatologist, they commonly say that acne is a natural thing because of genetics. This is not true. Acne is a sign that something is wrong with the body, and unless you do something about it now you may get other health problems later on in life.

So it is best to deal with your acne now rather than wait.

Don't spend money on expensive treatments or creams...not needed! The acne industry makes millions of dollars off your acne!!! They love it!

Here are some natural cures that you can do to rid your acne, fast and forever!

First of all here are some acne myths that we need to understand do NOT work! Basically any 'product' that they are making ALOT of money off you, is not the cure.

Acne Cure Myth : Cleansers, gels, lotions, creams, acids and others topicals are extremely unlikely to clear up your acne. The reason why they are useless is because they don't get close to handling the CAUSE of acne. The simple fact is that using something like baking soda, which only costs pennies, is more effective than most of the cleansers on the acne market.

Acne Cure Myth : Antibiotics kill the bacteria on the skin involved in the last stage of the development of acne. The bacteria on the skin mutates and becomes resistant to the antibiotics. But the healthy bacteria in the gut doesn't mutate, and they get wiped out. This can mean you get worse acne than normal.

Acne Cure Myth: Accutane. It boggles the mind that paid professional doctors prescribe this dangerous drug to their patients. Avoid.

Acne Cure Myth: Overwashing and Underwashing. If you overwash your face your skin will get dried out. This can worsen acne, but obviously overwashing isn't the cause of acne. Likewise if you underwash your face your skin will get oily and this can worsen acne as well. The best thing to do is wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening or before bed.

The only real way to cure your acne is to handle the ROOT cause of acne.

The root cause is the simple underlying reason you get acne. And no it's not
bad genes or anything to do with hygiene.

And guess what: the greedy acne companies don't want you to know what it is...

YOUR BODY IS TOXIC!!! It is acidic which creates too much acid for the body to handle and so it pushes it's way out through the skin. And can you imagine the smell of the arm pits and the poo from a body with acne. Acne is showing you on the outside how upset the inside of your body is. And the more agressive the acne, it is saying "abort abort abort body is toxic and needs a clean out!!!" so it forces you to do something about it. And then you don't do anything about it, and you instead put a creeam full of chemicals on it in the hope that artificial atoms can clean something that is pure. It makes it worse, activtates the body, and the body pushes back even harder to see that NO TREATMENT OR CREAM WORK and the only thing to do to prevent this skin disease forever is to look inside. Now do you see how putting cream on top of your acne does no good?

Blackheads may suggest the need for better hygiene, or magnesium and vitamin A. Chronic, numerous whiteheads can also form during acne outbreaks, suggesting vitamin B1 deficiency or absorption problems (that's why a colonic is heaven, it sucks away the sludge stuck to your bowel walls and allows your digestive system to do it's job and absorb the nutrients). Consistent raised spots on the outside of the arms and sometimes even the thighs, resembling "chicken skin," may suggest need for magnesium, vitamin A, or essential fatty acids and the need to avoid foods that inhibit the absorption of these nutrients, such as trans-fatty acids found in margarine and hydrogenated oils, such as cottonseed oil and palm kernel oil.

The Quick Action Plan for Acne

1. Massage your skin, where needed, with bergamot, camphor, geranium, juniper, lavender, or neroli essential oils.

2. Ayurvedic practitioners recommend making a paste of ½ tsp each of turmeric and sandalwood paste with enough water, and applying to pimples. Also, drink half a cup of aloe vera juice twice daily until acne clears.

3. Eat an organic whole foods diet, with plenty of organic cooked and raw vegetables, and whole fruits. Eat alkaline foods like I have suggested above.

4. Drink eight glasses of pure, filtered water daily. Also, daily have two glasses of raw juice, combining carrot, beet, and celery juice, or, carrot, cucumber, and lettuce (not iceberg), and spinach, with carrot predominating.

5. Combine the tinctures of herbs such as sarsaparilla, burdock, and cleavers in equal parts, taking ½ tsp three times a day. Drink an infusion of nettle several times a day and apply tea tree oil topically. An infusion of calendula mixed with equal parts of distilled witch hazel can be used as a cleansing wash. Steam sauna your face with red clover, lavender, and strawberry leaves.

6. Useful homeopathy remedies are Pulsatilla, Silicea, Berberis, Ledum, Sulfur, Arsen alb., Belladonna, and/or Carbo veg.

7. Enjoy full body immersion hydrotherapy treatments such as steam baths, saunas, sitz baths, colonic irrigation, hot and/or cold compresses, and steam sauna your face with red clover, lavender, and strawberry leaves.

8. Useful supplements are vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin B complex, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc. Also include omega-3 fatty acids, brewer's yeast, chlorophyll, and pancreatic enzymes with meals.

9. Expose your face to sun and air at least 30 minutes a day, and exercise daily. Get sweaty. Waste and toxins are eliminated by the skin through sweat pores. Keep your skin clean by washing your face three times a day with soap made from the herb calendula officinalis, or using other alternatives to soap. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Squeezing pimples or whiteheads may cause infection. Keep the skin free of oil. Get sufficient sleep.

10. Make facial masks from natural products; leave on overnight to help dry the skin if acne is caused by excess oil.

11. For long term relief and health be sure to do a colon cleanse. This clears out the toxins in the blood and excess waste in the body. Colon cleansing will healp clear up a lot of issue, expecially acne. It's time to get healthy! No one with acne has healthy bowels. There is an accumulation of toxins in the bowels.Thus, constipation or irregular bowel movements worsen the problem. Get a colonic!

12. A tea can be made from equal parts of Oregon Grape Root, Dandelion Root, and Burdock Root. Brew 1 teaspoon of this mixture per cup of boiling water. Simmer 5 minutes, then steep for 15 minutes. Up to 6 cups per day for 12 days are taken, or less if nausea or an upset stomach occurs.

13. A tea of Vitex has often been considered useful, especially when premenstrual symptoms and hormonal imbalances are involved.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Water with lemon squeezed in it. A beet, carrot, celery and ginger juice.

Lunch: Ginger tea (Cut up ginger with boiled water). Green apple. Brazil nuts. Peanut butter (crushed peanuts).

Dinner: A patch of veggies! Brocoli, carrot, garlic, brown onion, spring onion, zuchinni, basil, potato and green beans oh and a sexy smooth yellow chilli! Cooked in olive oil. With brown rice mmm mmm mmm!

Dessert: Blueberries.

Snacks: Another green apple.

Recipe: A Patch Of Veggies:
1)Chop all your veggies, potatos, garlic, onion, fresh basil, carrot, zuchinni, brocolli, chilli, and grean beans.
2)Cook the potatos, onion, chilli and garlic until potatos are half firm.


3)Add the rest of the veggies.
4)Put the lid on it, cook until your desired softness mmm I like to pretend I am in snowing France and I leave it cook until the veggies are soft and smooth. Mmm it's like an explosion of sweet energy in the mouth!

MUM IF YOU ARE READING STOP READING it's of a little girl on a toilet seat and you open it up and it sings, like it's actually a recording in the card, "Don't ya know that your some kind of wonderful?!" and it reads 'Years of potty training and you still know how to handle all the crap". And I'm going to print a photo of my head and replace it with the random 2 year old on the front. Like Hi mum heres a card with a photo of someones baby on it. Ha! Lame. I know, but my mum will get a laugh and that's all I care about!

Thoughts: Thoughts: “Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are.”

In 1825, the French philosopher and gourmand Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote this.

The number of flavors is infinite, for every soluble body has a peculiar flavor, like none other.

Those persons who suffer from indigestion, or who become drunk, are utterly ignorant of the true principles of eating and drinking.

Taste seems to have two chief uses:

1. It invites us by pleasure to repair the losses which result from the use of life.

2. It assists us to select from among the substances offered by nature, those which are alimentary.

In this choice taste is powerfully aided by the sense of smell, as we will see hereafter; as a general principle, it may be laid down that nutritious substances are repulsive neither to the taste nor to the smell.
Close the nose, and the taste is paralyzed; a thing proved by three experiments any one can make:

1. When the nasal membrane is irritated by a violent coryza (cold in the head) the taste is entirely obliterated. There is no taste in anything we swallow, yet the tongue is in its normal state.

2. If we close the nose when we eat, we are amazed to see how obscure and imperfect the sense of touch is. The most disgusting medicines thus are swallowed almost without taste.

3. The same effect is observed if, as soon as we have swallowed, instead of restoring the tongue to its usual place, it be kept detached from the palate. Thus the circulation of the air is intercepted, the organs of smell are not touched, and there is no taste.
Those who eat quickly and without attention, do not discern impressions of the second degree. They belong only to a certain number of the elect, and by the means of these second sensations only can be classed the different substances submitted to their examination.

Let us now look philosophically at the pleasure and pain occasioned by taste.

The first thing we become convinced of is that man is organized so as to be far more sensible of pain than of pleasure.

Of all the senses though with which we have been endowed by nature, the taste is the one, which all things considered, procures us the most enjoyments.

1. Because the pleasure of eating is the only one, when moderately enjoyed, not followed, by fatigue.

2. It belongs to all aeras, ages and ranks.

3. Because it necessarily returns once a day, and may without inconvenience be twice or thrice repeated in the same day.

4. It mingles with all other pleasures, and even consoles us for their absence.

5. Because the impressions it receives are durable and dependant on, our will.

6. Because when we eat we receive a certain indefinable and peculiar impression of happiness originating in instinctive conscience. When we eat too, we repair our losses and prolong our lives.

Appetite declares itself by languor in the stomach, and a slight sensation of fatigue.
The whole nutritive apparatus is moved. The stomach becomes sensible, the gastric juices are moved and displace themselves with noise, the mouth becomes moist, and all the digestive powers are under arms, like soldiers awaiting the word of command. After a few moments there will be spasmodic motion, pain and hunger.

INGESTION.
Appetite, hunger, and thirst, warn us that the hody needs restoration; pain, that universal monitor, never ceases to torment us if we do not obey it.

Then comes eating and drinking which are ingestion, an operation which begins as soon as the food is in the mouth, and enters the oesophagus.

During its passage, through a space of a few inches much takes place.

The teeth divide solid food, the glands which line the inside of the mouth moisten it, the tongue mingles the food, presses it against the palate so as to force out the juice, and then collects the elements in the centre of the mouth, after which, resting on the lower jaw, it lifts up the central portion forming a kind of inclined plane to the lower portion of the mouth where they are received by the pharynx, which itself contracting, forces them into the oesophagus.

One mouthful having thus been treated, a second is managed in the same way, and deglutition continues until appetite informs us that it is time to stop. It is rarely, though, that it stops here, for as it is one of the attributes of man to drink without thirst, cooks have taught him to eat without hunger.

To ensure every particle of food reaching the stomach, two dangers must be avoided.

It must not pass into the passage behind the nose, which luckily is covered by a veil.

The second is that it must not enter the trachea. This is a serious danger, for any particle passing into the trachea, would cause a convulsive cough, which would last until it was expelled.

HOW PEOPLE USED TO FAST.
The practice of fasting, I am sorry to say, has become very rare; and whether for the education of the wicked, or for their conversion, I am glad to tell how we fast now in the XVIII. century.

Ordinarily we breakfast before nine o’clock, on bread, cheese, fruit and cold meats.

Between one and two P. M., we take soup or pot au feu according to our positions.

About four, there is a little lunch kept up for the benefit of those people who belong to other ages, and for children.

About eight there was a regular supper, with entrees roti entremets dessert: all shared in it, and then went to bed.

DEATH
God has subjected man to six great necessities: birth, action, eating, sleep, reproduction and death.

Death is the absolute interruption of the sensual relations, and the absolute annihilation of the vital powers, which abandons the body to the laws of decomposition.

“Are you there, nephew?” said she in an almost inaudible voice. “Yes, aunt! I think you would be better if you would take a little old wine.” “Give it to me, liquids always run down.” I hastened to lift her up and gave her half a glass of my best and oldest wine. She revived for a moment and said, “I thank you. If you live as long as I have lived, you will find that death like sleep is a necessity.”

These were her last words, and in half an hour she had sank to sleep forever.

Challenges: I have been utterly ignorant of the true principles of eating and drinking for the majority of my life. It's only been since The Earth Diet that I have started appreciating food and actually tasting it instead of just gulping it down!

What I ate today:

Breakfast: A beet, carrot, celery, ginger juice. Strawberries. 1 nectarine.

Lunch: 4 nectarines. Raw cauliflower. 4 chocolate balls.

Dinner: Avocado with walnuts. Brazil nuts.

Dessert: A nectarine.

Snacks: Peanut butter (crushed peanuts)

Earth Day is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment.

My blog today is from Mother Earth News "What You Need To Know About The Meat You Eat".

Supermarket beef is an unnatural, industrial product. The good news is there are better and safer options. Learn how to avoid hormones, antibiotics and other unwanted chemicals in your food; stay safe from mad cow disease and E. coli, and choose better beef, including grass-fed, organic and locally raised options.

Today’s industrialized process reduces the nutritional value of the meat, stresses the animals, increases the risk of bacterial contamination, pollutes the environment and exposes consumers to a long list of unwanted chemicals.You can’t see it. And you can’t always recognize it by reading the label. But the beef in your supermarket has gone industrial.

Before factory farming took hold in the 1960s, cattle were raised on family farms or ranches around the country. The process was elemental. Young calves were born in the spring and spent their first months suckling milk and grazing on grass. When they were weaned, they were turned out onto pastures. Some cattle were given a moderate amount of grain to enhance marbling (the fat interlaced in the muscle). The calves grew to maturity at a natural pace, reaching market weight at two to three years of age. After the animals were slaughtered, the carcasses were kept cool for a couple weeks to enhance flavor and tenderness, a traditional process called dry aging. The meat was then shipped in large cuts to meat markets. The local butcher divided it into individual cuts upon request and wrapped it in white paper and string.

This meat was free of antibiotics, added hormones, feed additives, flavor enhancers, age-delaying gases and salt-water solutions. Mad cow disease and the deadliest strain of E. coli — 0157:H7 — did not exist. People dined on rare steaks and steak tartare (raw ground beef) with little fear.

What’s in Your Beef?
Today’s industrialized process brings cattle to slaughter weight in just one or two years. But it reduces the nutritional value of the meat, stresses the animals, increases the risk of bacterial contamination, pollutes the environment and exposes consumers to a long list of unwanted chemicals.

The beef contains traces of hormones, antibiotics and other chemicals that were never produced by any cow. That hamburger looks fresh, but it may be two weeks old and injected with gases to keep it cherry red. Take a closer look at that “guaranteed tender and juicy” filet of beef. The juiciness may have been “enhanced” with a concoction of water, salt, preservatives and other additives.

More ominous, the beef also may be infected with food-borne bacteria, including E. coli 0157:H7. Some experts believe this toxic E. coli evolved in cattle that were fed high-grain diets. Every year, hundreds of thousands of pounds of beef products are recalled. One of the largest recalls to date took place in October 2007 when Topps Meat company recalled 21.7 million pounds of hamburger because of potential E. coli contamination. The massive recall actually put the company out of business.

And now there’s mad cow disease, a mysterious disease that is not destroyed by cooking and has been fatal. You could ingest “prions” (abnormal proteins) by eating even a well-done rib roast. These prions infiltrate your brain, perforate it with holes, and cause death in a few years’ time.

After the calves are born, they spend the first seven to nine months grazing on grass, the same way calves have been raised for generations. But when they reach 500 to 700 pounds, they are herded into trucks and shipped to auction barns where they’re sold to new owners and trucked to distant feedlots. The journey can take up to a week. Upon arrival at the feedlot, the stressed, thirsty and hungry calves are herded down chutes and subjected to a number of procedures, which can include dehorning, castration, branding and tagging. Then they are dewormed and vaccinated against various diseases. A common practice is to mix antibiotics with the feed, whether the now-stressed animals show signs of illness or not. Tetracycline, an antibiotic important for humans, is one of the most commonly used medications.

Lastly, the calves are implanted with pellets that contain growth-promoting steroid hormones that lose their effectiveness in a matter of months. Many animals are given new implants of higher potency to replace them. The aggressive use of hormone implants can add 110 pounds of lean meat or more to a calf. Every dollar invested in implants returns five to 10 dollars in added gain for each animal in the six to 12 months they spend in the feedlot.

Hormones are just one way to speed the growth of young calves. Another strategy is to feed them an ultra high-grain diet, the standard fare in most feedlots. One reason calves are switched from grass to grain is that grain is a more concentrated form of energy. Calves fattened on grain reach maturity months ahead of grass-fattened calves. The less time cattle spend in feedlots, the greater the profit they return. Corn is the grain of choice because it’s especially high in energy.

According to a May 21, 2007, article in The Wall Street Journal, reliance on junk food has shot up in recent years because the cost of feed corn has doubled due to the increased use of corn for ethanol production. According to the article, one farmer now feeds his cattle a ration that is 17 percent stale candy and 3 percent stale “party mix.” Another feeds a 100 percent byproduct diet, including French fries, tater tots and potato peels.

Some byproduct feedstuffs are high in protein and are considered a welcome addition to a high-grain diet. This list includes chicken feathers, salvaged pet food, ground-up laying hens (known as “spent hen meal”) and urea, a non-protein source of nitrogen synthesized from ammonia and carbon dioxide that is widely used as fertilizer. Urea can sicken cattle if not mixed carefully with feed.

The USDA does not require producers to tell you what the animals were fed.



An Industry Gone Mad
Beyond the obvious “yuck” factor, there is a compelling reason to restrict the use of byproduct feedstuffs in cattle production: It can spread mad cow disease, the most frightening disease in the history of the cattle industry. Until 1997, many of the cattle in the United States and Europe were fed blood, meat and bone meal from other cattle. Scraps of meat and bone left over from the slaughtering process were rendered (heat-treated), ground into meal and then fed back to the cattle. In essence, cattle were being fed to cattle, turning herbivores into carnivores — and cannibals.

The meat industry now uses a mechanical process called Advanced Meat Recovery (AMR) to strip every scrap of meat from the bones. AMR increases the risk that spinal cord and other nervous tissue that can harbor BSE will enter the food supply. The Food Safety and Inspection Service has tightened the regulations about which parts of the animal can be stripped, but the process is not risk free.

So You Want Better Beef?
Finding an alternative to industrial beef takes effort. The cattle industry is highly consolidated,but you can find beef from cattle that were not fed filth, pumped up with hormones or treated with unnecessary antibiotics. And you can make sure it’s good and fresh. Better choices are beginning to pop up in natural and specialty grocery stores, on the Internet and in a growing number of traditional supermarkets. Here are a few pointers on how to find them:

•Opt for organic. The use of growth-promoting hormones and antibiotics is not allowed in certified organic beef production. Nor is feed made from animal byproducts, including meat, blood and bone meal from chickens, pigs and ruminants.

•Go for the grass. Choose beef from cattle that were 100 percent “grass-fed” or “grass-finished.” These animals are raised on their natural diet of grass from birth to market, and are not routinely given antibiotics and hormones. Look for a comprehensive grass-fed label from the American Grassfed Association in the coming months.

•Look at labels. Check for phrases like “Naturally Raised,” “No Hormones Added,” “Raised Without Antibiotics” and “Never Fed Animal Byproducts.” But don’t be afraid to do a little detective work; these kinds of labels rely primarily on the integrity of the producers, rather than independent certifying agencies.

•Comb your community. Don’t be afraid to ask your local producers how they raise their beef, and beware those who don’t want to answer you! You can find producers near you at farmers markets and on the Web. Try www.eatwild.com or www.localharvest.com.

•Poke the package. Look for thin, flexible plastic wrap that clings to the meat. Modified atmospheric packaging, or MAP, requires meat to be wrapped in thick, gas-impervious plastic with enough head room to trap the gases that keep the meat looking fresh for an unnaturally long time.

•Deduce the date. Meat must have a “Sell by” or “Use by” date that states how long the meat is likely to remain safe to eat. But producers are not required to tell consumers when the meat was packed. Processors who use MAP avoid listing the packing date, as it would spoil the illusion of freshness. Look for meat that tells you exactly when the meat was packaged for sale.

•Buy beef and nothing but. It’s easy to avoid injected beef. The large print usually boasts “Extra Tender and Moist” or “Marinated for Flavor.” But the fine print of the label reveals injections of up to 30 percent of a mysterious water-and-chemical concoction.

It's a documentary film that examines corporate farming in the United States, concluding that the meat and vegetables produced by agribusiness have many hidden costs and are unhealthy and environmentally-harmful. You see how they treat the cattle, then how the meat is cut and processed and packaged after they are slaughtered. You even see a farmer sticking his arm right into the cows stomach WHEN THE COW IS AWAKE! Yep I didn't believe it until I saw it either.

"Love thyself"

I want to start of by saying, eating whatever I want, when ever I want, sweet or savory, guilt free, used to be an inconceivable, far-off fantasy for me.

I’ve experienced a form of anorexia, which then evolved into a binge eating disorder followed by the urge to purge (particularly once my parents became concerned and started watching my weight). Over the course of 5 years, I was stuck in my head, unhappy with my body, playing a game of tug-of-war with thoughts like: “You’re too fat, time to fast, your’e too skinny – eat!” It was a vicious cycle where I trashed my body in the confusion of it all. Food ruled my life – fucked up. I felt alone, depressed and got anxious at meal times, feeling a need to “prove myself” by eating in public and then mentally abusing myself afterwards.

In the beginning I only found peace when fasting. In the end, I couldn’t go 2 hours without food.

And I know this is not uncommon. It’s sad, but true – most of us have a dysfunctional relationship to food, especially females. I only found out recently that yet another friend of mine is battling with such a disorder…

You’ve heard it a million times as the media point the finger back at themselves – “slim is sexy” in our western culture so show yo’ bones.

While I see the ideals of ‘heroine chick thin’ glamorized by models, I wouldn’t put them to blame solely, rather they are victims just like us. I think the real issue is the lack of uncorrupted info on healthy eating and mixed media messages – this idea that eating processed foods is cool – reinforced by skinny beautiful people, chowing down on junk food.

I’m not going to go into too much detail. You’re either interested or your not. But my point in sharing this with you right now, is this:

I battled with food for years. I’ve only recently found peace and I am astounded by the results. I started eating Raw Foods 2 Days a week about two and a half months ago now. Now I’m at the stage where I’d rather eat raw food than anything. When my diet is 75% raw I’m not bloated and I feel free, knowing that I can eat whatever I want (because I’ve realigned my taste-buds what I want is natural raw foods, which – holy shit - gives me so much satisfaction and pleasure!). I feel more alive and clear minded and in touch with my body again. And it’s not rocket science – raw food is natural and logical. For years indigenous cultures have lived off the earth – without processed foods like breads, cereals, cheese, sausages, chocolate bars and candy – which western society has now normalized.

When I eat raw foods I feel good. And one thing I don’t feel is deprived! I love cooking raw, especially sweet things. I even make raw chocolate – and it’s satisfyingly awesome and guilt free!!!

Anyway, I’m not here to preach. I am a strong believer in each to their own. But I just want to let you know, if you are battling with your own relationship to food, you might want to do a bit of research into Raw Foodism. Give it ago – eat raw one or two days a week for a month and just see how you feel – because that’s what really matters.

I know a lot of you think it’s unrealistic. But it makes sense to me – after all, raw food is real food and the moment you cook your food you are obviously changing it from its original composition.

The bottom line is this: our bodies process raw foods most easily and efficiently. Cooking food (above 46 degrees C) kills many of the delicate enzymes, decreasing it’s nutritious value. Your food becomes “dead organic matter”.

Some of my favorite foods at the moment include ladyfinger bananas, raw honey, organic gala apples, dried figs, dried apricots, dates, raw nuts (almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts – whatever you dig!), raw carrots, raw cauliflower (have you tried it raw?), fresh squeezed carrot/ginger/apple/orange juice, herbal teas, watermelon, nectarines, fresh innovative salads, fennel, avocado…and the list goes on.

But okay, that’s 75% of the time. When I am not eating raw, I’m keeping things simple – eating unprocessed “earth foods” with an emphasis on legumes (like lentils and chickpeas) and roast veggies. You can read more about this kind of living on Liana’s Earth Diet Blog.

I will admit I do eat Organic Yoghurt and Rice Milk a couple of days a week. But that’s okay. This is my creation and it’s working for me.

Wray Organic’s Cafe (At Indooroopilly, New Market and Palm Beach) sell a selection of freshly made raw cakes by the slice – MMMmmmm!

There is a Raw Food stall at the Byron markets (every Sunday) which sell the most delicious raw food – including pizza, bread and a range of sweet things (including my favourites: raw choc fudge and raw choc pie!).

Fundies in Byron also sell the raw bread which is so SO good!

Woolworths has started to sell Macro wholefoods – and they do an awesome raw nibble mix with sunflower seeds, pepitas, almonds and dried table grapes.

The sushi stall right up the back of the James St Markets (in Brisbane) do a mean sashimi salad (raw fish).

I’m also a fan of the Green Grocer (Boundary St, West End) which sell everything you need to kick-start your raw food adventures, and at a reasonable price – especially when you buy in bulk.

The Saturday morning markets in West end also sell raw honey – so delicious – and organic produce for a good price

Challenges: Today was challening! I am cleansing my body from the past 6 weeks of eating cooked foods every single day including eating more meat in 2 weeks than I did in 3 months. I am feeling the effects! I feel low, sluggish, my skin is itchy and dry, I am more tired, I have wanted to exercise less, I have put on weight and I smell. Yep my under arms and poops smell of death. The first few days of cleansing are always the most challenging more me, as I can feel my body clinging on to the pain, to the addiction and the 'need' to have food fufil me, instead of generating fufilment and love from within. I feel like when I eat cooked foods, and especially meats that I expect foods to make me feel good. When I eat raw foods I thank them and bless them and give them a happy home inside my body! And I have never experienced this before, but in the last 2 weeks I have eaten fish, chicken and wild boar and it feels strange now to eat meat. I feel like I am eating something with a personality, a heart beat, a brain, and now it is dead and I am eating it. It is a weird feeling. It doesn't seem so natural for me anymore.

Triumphs: Today I ate full raw vegan! I got through the day wooo wooo:)

Breakfast: A beet, carrot, celery, ginger juice. Strawberries and bluberries.

Today’s blog is a long one, and this is how it will go:

My friend Diana said today "It's beginning to look like a sci-fi movie". It's not beginning, it is a sci-fi movie now. Today I got jabbed with mercury. And I had no choice yet I chose it. For me to stay living in USA as part of the requirements of the immigration to become a resident I have to get the MMR (Measles, mumps, and rubella) and tetanus vaccination.

You would think this is a reasonable request of me since I want to live here right? However what is actually IN these shots is something every human being should have a choice to ingest or not.

The doctor warned me before the shot, “If you get pregnant in the next 3 months you WILL have to get an abortion.” “What? Why?” I asked and he replied “Because the baby could be born blind, deaf, with autism, deformed, have heart disease, brain damage and 'other serious problems”...hmmm like what other ‘serious problems’ could possibly be missing from that list? And if this vaccine has the potential to do this to a baby, imagine what it is doing to me, and my body, right now. And if I got pregnant in 4 months, the stuff is still in my system, what if my baby comes out autistic then? Can I sue?

I wondered what exactly is in the immunisation that has the potential to do these things and why on earth I SHOULD be inserting them into my blood stream. So I asked for some information on the shots and what is in them. They found a handout in a file and gave it to me and I read “There are very small risks that serious problems, even death, could occur after getting a vaccine.” Death is a small risk??? huh!!!! Then they go on to say that some severe problems that may occur after the shot like 1) a serious allergic reaction (my friend Diana who is allergic to mercury said this amount of dose that I had probably would have killed her)
2) low number of platelets (a type of blood cell) that can lead to bleeding problems. This is almost always temporary.
3) Long seizures, decreased consciousness, or coma.
None of them sound like a risk worth taking. Yet I did. Welcome to a vaccine –nation.

THEN it goes on to say, ‘problems following the MMR are much less common after the second dose.’ Yes I'm sure it is, the body is already laced in mercury so has an easier time settling in the second time! And there was no list of ingredients and what the shots are made up of so how I find out? Hopefully by a company that I can trust, say like the FDA who are the US Food and Drug Administration. Yep they are ugly words, get used to them. They have been rolling around in my head now for 8 years, since the first moment I learnt about them reading them in the MASSIVELY controversial book “What they don’t want you to know” by Kevin Trudeau. Yes I do write biased more so than just factually, and we all think that for something to be true it has to be ‘factly’. Well screw that, why can’t we read things today that scream the truth? ‘No we should stick to the facts, give me facts give me proof, give me scientific proof and THEN I will believe it but for now these words just sound like a few poetic thoughts by a silly passionate human being’ is the usual sceptical conversation whirling around in one’s head. Even now I am writing this, doing this, and a little thought in my head is saying ‘no don’t spend time on this, I need to do other things ...things like...bla bla and bla bla ... machine stuff!!! That is the machine pulling me out of the divine moment. Yes this moment is divine. I wonder if any human beings on planet live that for a long period of time. Me, I am in and out of it. I am in it and then the machine pulls me back to the machine, back to low vibrations and the human machines. It is so strong, this human machine. Why is it so strong? I will tell you why and that’s because the MAJORITY OF HUMAN BEINGS are actually HUMAN MACHINES so of course there is a stronger pull. A world that is utterly mechanical.

So how can we find out what’s in these vaccinations? Who do we trust for the truth? The FDA hopefully, whose tagline is ‘protecting and promoting your health’ and who are in the past few weeks redesigning their websites. If you are a frequent visitor to these sites as I am, you will find that direct links to important information, such as vaccine manufacturers’ package inserts, which provide a wealth more information on possible side effects, are harder to find than they used to be. So I got onto their website today and I felt stuck in the sci-fi movie when I read “Vaccines, as with all products regulated by FDA, undergo a rigorous review of laboratory and clinical data to ensure the safety, efficacy, purity and potency of these products.” Then I find it....VACCINES...and they admit to putting thimerosal and preservatives are in vaccines. Thimerosal is a mercury-containing organic compound (an organomercurial). Since the 1930s, it has been widely used as a preservative in a number of biological and drug products and over the past several years, and then the FDA claim to be “because of an increasing awareness of the theoretical potential for neurotoxicity and because of the increased number of thimerosal containing vaccines that had been added to the infant immunization schedule, concerns about the use of thimerosal in vaccines and other products have been raised. Indeed, because of these concerns, the Food and Drug Administration has worked with, and continues to work with, vaccine manufacturers to reduce or eliminate thimerosal from vaccines. Thimerosal has been removed from or reduced to trace amounts in all vaccines routinely recommended for children 6 years of age and younger, with the exception of inactivated influenza vaccine.” So in other words...yes they are still using thimerosal in vaccinations. And then they admit to putting preservatives in the vaccines in case the ‘vaccine is accidentally contaminated.’ I thought that was hilarious! Don’t they mean the whole vaccination is actually contaminated with poison?!

They include this information because they have been sued in the past. There are now at least six published legal or scientific cases of children regressing into autistic spectrum disorder following vaccination and more than 1,300 cases of vaccine injuries have been paid out in vaccine court, in which the court ruled that childhood immunizations caused encephalopathy (brain disease), encephalitis (brain swelling) or seizure disorders. Encephalopathy or encephalitis are found in most if not all ASD cases, and seizure disorders in about a third of them. If they cover themselves and say they use thimerosal and preservatives then they cannot be sued for denying they use these things. The proof is there people. All we need to do is look.



Mercury is a chemical element and heavy, silvery d-block metal and is mostly obtained by reduction from cinnabar. Cinnabar is highly toxic by ingestion or inhalation of the dust (or injection from an immunization). Mercury was found in Egyptian tombs that date from 1500 BC. One of China's emperors, Qín Shǐ Huáng Dì — allegedly buried in a tomb that contained rivers of flowing mercury on a model of the land he ruled, representative of the rivers of China — was killed by drinking a mercury and powdered jade mixture (causing liver failure, poisoning, and brain death) intended to give him eternal life. The Romans used it in cosmetics which sometimes deformed the face.

Mercury settles in the soft tissues of the body. It settles straight in the brain. Causing brain damage and autism. A child is diagnosed about every 20 minutes. Every day 60 American families are told they have a child with autism. In the last 20 years there has been an increase in the diagnosis of autism in pockets around the world, which cannot be explained by genetics alone, nor can this increase be secondary to only increased awareness.



Autism is a syndrome characterized by impairments in social relatedness, language and communication, a need for routine and sameness, abnormal movements, and sensory dysfunction. Mercury (Hg) is a toxic metal that can exist as a pure element or in a variety of inorganic and organic forms and can cause immune, sensory, neurological, motor, and behavioral dysfunctions similar to traits defining or associated with autism. Thimerosal, a preservative frequently added to childhood vaccines, has become a major source of Hg in human infants and toddlers. According to the FDA and the American Academy of Pediatricians, fully vaccinated children now receive, within their first two years, Hg levels that exceed safety limits established by the FDA and other supervisory agencies.

Importantly, the timings of vaccinal Hg-exposure and its latency period coincide with the emergence of autistic-symptoms in specific children. Moreover, excessive mercury has been detected in urine, hair, and blood samples from autistic children; and parental reports, though limited at this date, indicate significant improvement in symptoms subsequent to heavy-metal chelation therapy.

“If you look at the vaccine schedule (www.generationrescue.com ) the vaccines that you received in 1983 were ten. Today they’re thirty-six. Thirty-six vaccinations compared to ten back in the day. A lot of these kids seem to be born with a little bit of an auto-immune problem.” Says Jenny McCarthy, Jim Carey’s partner and a mother of a boy who had autism. Jenny detoxed her boy back to ‘being normal’ and then wrote a book on how to cure your children with autism.



So why are they using mercury in vaccinations? “Because it is the cheapest preservative. These are the most toxic neurotoxins on the face of the planet… plutonium, and then number two is mercury. We still have mercury in these shots because it’s very, very cheap. They can completely use something else, but they won’t make as much of a profit.”

“Once these kids start getting vaccinations basically their immune system shuts down. After the toxic levels that they pick up in the air, water, vaccines… it kind of really deregulates the immune system. Once that happens, these kids are getting ear infection after ear infection. You can ask any mother of a child with autism if they had countless ear infections and they’ll say yes. Then the doctors give repeated antibiotics.“

And then the pharmaceutical companies are making money off selling anti-biotic and medicines for ear infections. It really is a smart smart smart money making scheme.
Oh but there is hope they say, read the study that most doctors rely on to validate their notion that mercury in vaccines causes no harm. The study, of course was co-authored by an employee of GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest makers of vaccines in the world.

MAKING CHOICES from FEAR. That whole swine flu and vaccination was a hoax, just ANOTHER excuse for them to pump stuff into you. If you did get that shot, you got it out of fear. A fear that 'they' created in you. Smart marketting. When other people around the world get sick, it is perfect marketing for them. Don't you see how they use that to create a fear in you and you think you MUST have that product; you MUST have the shot so that you don't get sick and die. The vaccine production was "rushed" and the vaccine has never been tested on humans and was even said “could actually increase your risk of death from swine flu by altering (or suppressing) your immune system response.

And guess what they don’t care if you die! Even if the swine flu vaccine kills you, the drug companies aren't responsible. The U.S. government has granted drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability. Thanks to that blanket immunity, drug companies have no incentive to make safe vaccines, because they only get paid based on quantity, not safety (zero liability). Do you like to play guinea pig for Big Pharma? If so, line up for your next vaccine...

About 80% of all flu shots distributed in the United States contain amercury-based preservative called thimerosal. Thimerosal consists of49.6% ethyl mercury, an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal that allows manufacturers to sell the vaccine in large, multi-dose containers without fear of contamination. A typical flu shot contains 25 micrograms - or 50,000 parts per billion - of mercury. The EPA classifies a liquid with 200 parts per billion of mercury as hazardous waste. The limit for drinking water is 2 parts per billion. Using the standards set for the kind of mercury in fish, an average 130-poundperson getting the flu shot would exceed the daily limit by more than four times. A 22-pound baby would get more than 25 times the amount of mercury considered safe. Doctors are recommending many babies and children get two flu shots this season.

The power of fear to herd sheeple into vaccine injections is simply amazing...

They don’t want us to know that if our body is in an alkaline state, that is that we are actually present in our bodies, at home, then no disease and sickness can get in. We are going away from our natural human intuitions and heading towards vaccinations – vaccine nation.

I know we are capable of trusting ourselves and our bodies, we are forgetting what it is to be a human ‘being’, we are becoming human MACHINES. We are stripping ourselves the natural ability to heal ourselves. We are making choices from fear. Any choice made from fear is made from a skewed perspective and would be unproductive and unstable. Rather than building on this unstable foundation created by fear, it was more important that we ask ourselves what are our key values? What are the truths at our inner inner core. Our bones.

Dr Mercola says “Processes of the body are to be trusted, not feared, and an underlying confidence for healing and proper function is emphasized. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, summed up the heart of this perspective well: “Humans are created to be healthy as long as they are whole: body, mind, spirit. People are characterized by self-healing properties that come from within -- an innate healing force. Perfect health and harmony is the normal state for all life.”

Mia De Palma has never had a vaccination or artificial drug in her 14 years on earth! She certainly is a rare species and I was honoured to chat to her about vaccine – nation. She said “Everyone should have access to the information and resources that will enable them to be fully healthy and fit and my philosophy on humans is that each individual human being should work towards the greater good of human kind and the environment in with we live. I think that everyone should have full rights and be able to voice their opinion to make a difference in the world without all the greedy people trying to take control and make the world only about themselves." What she’s really saying when she says we is I, and damn right I should have full rights and be able to voic3 my opinion to make a difference in the world. Unfortunately onions like mine are hard to get heard these days.



“When I was a kid my father was always doing different things (it was her father Barnaby who fought the authorities and refused them giving her shots), when I was very young I don't think I had a great understanding, but I always knew roughly, it wasn't until the last couple of years that I started understanding properly.
Now, I wouldn’t have an immunization if I could avoid it, I mean every year they do immunisations at school but I never get them. I don't really see the point if I've been healthy this far, and I know that my dad has the knowledge to help my get better anyway.

I have never been really sick, whenever I was sick it would only last for a day and a lot of the time it was not serious at all, just my trying to get out of school for the day, I can remember the last three times I have thrown up, last September I went to Spain and I threw up on my first night, at the end of 2006 I went to the US with my parents and I threw up while we were in Vegas, and then the time before that was when I was like 7 and I ate a rotten hard boiled egg, so I would say I have mostly experienced very good health in my life.

haha, when I get headaches I drink water until I feel like I’ll burst if I drink anymore and I try not to eat or drink anything harmful, I certainly don't take pain killers which don't even solve the problem just cover it up.

I think that these days everyone looks for the easy option when it comes to food, or the quicker option, or the cheaper option, or the 'yummier' option, which means that so many people aren't eating properly, and a lot of people have different perceptions of healthy, and some people just don't care at all, its' all about money and not about health, people put preservatives in things so that they can last longer so that they can make more money. I think it's really stupid.

I think that forced immunisation is like anything that is forced, I think that it goes against human rights to make somebody do something that they don't want to do to their body, I think that it's sick in a way, and I would be so angry if someone tried to force me to be immunised!
No, I don't think I will immunise my children, because I believe that there are more natural ways to prevent sickness

Can I get Mercury out of the body? Mercury is less readily eliminated from the body as it settles in the soft tissues. The brain. AND yes we absolutely can detox the heavy metals out of our system by taking or drinking lots of Sea Vegies & Wheat Grass, Eat lots of Leavfy Greens, Sea Greens,& Carrot Juice. DO NOT go on a Liquid Fast...They enter the bloodstream to fast and heavy for the body to handle,& can poison you even more. Eat Organic Brown Rice and/or Millet...They help soak up & release heavy metals in your body. Get your body to an alkaline state, so that nothing foreign can survive in your perfect organic body. Do not eat Fried Foods,Red Meats,Dairy products,Heavy Fats,Surary Foods,Caffeine,& tap water. The good thing is that I eat what nature intended me to eat, and therefore know I can flush this poison out. Thoughts: This WHOLE thing, these words are part of the Zeitgeist movement, and it is why I write these blogs, fluid social change:

Fluid social change can only materialize if two circumstances are met. One, the human value system, which consists of our understandings and beliefs, must be updated and changed through education and thoughtful introspection. Two, the environment surrounding that value system must change to support the new world view. The interaction between a person's value system and their environment is what influences human behavior.

For example, in our culture, "ethics" is really a matter of degree, for our social system promotes and rewards competition and self-interest. This perspective doesn't just "lead" to aberrant behavior... it creates it directly. Corruption is the norm in our society and most people do not see this, for since the society supports this behavior, it is considered right and normal... or as a matter of degree.

Given this understanding, there is a fallacy that has emerged where certain groups are deemed "corrupt" and everyone else is "good". This is the age old "us and them" world view which has no basis empirically, for it is, again, all a matter of degree.

For example, there is a large movement of people who constantly talk about "The New World Order" and this notion that there is an elite group of people who have been trying to take over the world for a long time and have manipulated society in various ways to further their goals.

This, of course, is true to a certain extent.

BUT, the failure of awareness is that this "group" is not a group at all. It is a tendency.

If you took out all the people at the top who are engaged in global hegemonic rule, it would simply be a matter of time before another group stepped in to seek the same ambition. Therefore, it isn't the individual people or groups that are the problem.
It is actually the conditions upon which those people have been accustomed and indoctrinated by. Of course, many argue against this view with the escapist notion that it is "human nature" that causes this competition and need for dominance. This is unsupported by the facts. In reality, we are nearly clean slates when we are born and it is our environment that shapes who we are and how we behave.

Therefore, in order for TRUE change to occur, we must spend less time battling the products of this sick social structure and more time trying to change the root causes. As difficult and daunting as it may be to think this way, it is the only way our world will change for the better.

We can continue to stomp on the ants coming out from under the refrigerator, but until we remove the spoiled food behind it, they are just going to keep coming.

Thoughts: Microchips are now available if you want one. Inserted in your body.

The Zeitgeist movie warned us this would happen, I laughed it off, like yeah right. Until today when I saw the advertisement for the microchips.

A US company has been given the green light to implant microchips in humans. It's intended to provide medical information.

The advertisement uses alluring words for us to think it is important and absolutely necessary to get one, especially if a doctor is recommending the chips! This is from the add....“To think something so small can connect you, to everything that matters, when your life and all you love are on the line, Health Link is always with you when every second counts in the emergency room, providing immediate access to your medical records, because Bob has trouble remembering all of his medications, because I’m in love with my kids kids. People have predicted that this microchip would come for centuries. In the book of revelation (the final book of the bible) a chip is mentioned.

It’s here, it’s real and you can have a microchip if you choose. And if you don’t, eventually enough people will have it that you will have to get it to receive the same benefits as everyone else.

I am not blaming anyone, not Health Link, not the government, not the doctors, not anyone. I am fully responsible for this microchip. We all are. It happens in masses. I am a product of myself. We are a product of ourselves. Every time I buy a product I support its existence. Every time I buy organic I am saying yes please make more of this, every time I buy a burger from Mc Donalds I am saying yes please keep making this fast food. Every time we buy a product we support it. I am not blaming “them”. And it is not good or bad, it is at it is. And we get to choose which way we want to go. And our choice affects billions.

The power of fear in advertising is used to make us want a product. Any choice made from fear is made from a skewed perspective and would be unproductive and unstable. Rather than building on this unstable foundation created by fear, it was more important that we ask ourselves what are our key values? What are the truths at our inner inner core. Our bones.

There are few that go against the product and say I’m not having that. The minority of people are organic beings up against the machine. Even Jonny Depp says in interviews how he felt like a ‘product’ and he could see that they were trying to mould him into particular jello of good looks, dreamy and handsome. One of the comments under the commercial on youtube says “The interesting thing I realized about this chip is it’s an rfid chip(radio frequency identification) so our bodies function because of frequencies, that’s how we move, the brain sends frequencies throughout the entire body right? Then a radio frequency chip will surely alter that since its constantly receiving and giving off frequencies RIGHT??? F*** this commercial most bulls*** thing I’ve ever seen but I know somewhere some old head is eating this up like a kfc bucket.”

I choose to not get a microchip inserted in my body. I am choosing not to let this be embedded into our environment.

Though an estimated 70 percent of processed foods in U.S. grocery stores are made with genetically modified ingredients. Human beings are fatter and sicker than ever in history. We have become processed people moving away from organic life.

Well they won't. If we keep buying it they are going to keep making it. We need to put an end to it. If we want too? WE have the choice to keep it going or end it. Do we like the way the earth is or not? If we do than we should keep it going the way it is.

To me it feels like a sci-fi movie. It makes more sense to me to use marijuana than to eat a burger from McDonalds. I have friends that do NOT like the way the earth is, yet are resigned to think that it will not change. Well IT IS NOT THE END OF OUR LIVES AS ORGANIC BEINGS...if we choose that then it is. I’m NOT! I’m not ok with that. WE are natural avatars up against the white machines. The avatars win; they have lightness and the earth behind them. How can we not win?

And I choose to remain an organic being, living in this machine world. I choose to eat only foods that mother Earth intended. It is a gift from the Earth and every time I eat food, I thank it, I bless the food that may it have a happy home inside my body and I will give it the full appreciation and joy it deserves! It did grow into this beautiful plump, juicy, sweet, lush nectarine only to be eaten. So I’m going to eat it, and I’m not going to waste the beautiful divine moment.
