3 days of eating / balance

Here is my past 3 days of eating.

Thursday breakfast I started with protein organic eggs and pineapple. 

For a morning snack I had coconut milk ice cream sandwich. 


Lunch I had organic pizza!!! Fulfilling. 

Afternoon snack was a romantic date with myself with this coconut milk ice cream covered in chocolate. 

For dinner I had a Phresh Greens drink. 

The next day Friday started with bentonite clay to draw toxins.

Made an epic lunch. This is onion cooked with basil and tomato and real salt. 

Then I added brown rice pasta. Delicious. Recipe in new book. 


Then it was Friday afternoon! So I decided to go to the beach for 3 hours. 

This was my veiw. Paradise. And I walked for an hour. 

Friday evening snacks. Kombucha - natures soda! 

Today Saturday I went to the only organic salon in Fort Lauderdale John Bruno Organic Salon and saw this Natural Awakenings article where an article I wrote is featured! On "Nurture through Nourishment." 

Check out what he served up! This 3-ingredient smoothie with blueberries, pineapple and strawberries. Amazing. 

I instagrammed this picture - to only let the best touch your hair! Make sure if you go to a salon it is organic and animal cruelty free - less chemicals in the hair! 

I had a bentonite clay drink.

Dinner was shrimp/prawn cocktail.

So much great food today

Started the day with organic gluten free spice cake from Vitacost! Incredible and cannot believe it is gluten free. I will be emailing subscribers soon about how to get 30-50% off organic ingredients with Vitacost! It's a way for all of us to afford organic :) 

Then I had some cantaloupe/rock melon as known to us Aussies.


Then enjoyed this stunning rainbow.


This quote inspired me. We are always growing. 

Had one organic chicken sausage with organic ketchup. 

Designed the new health coaches page for the website! This is first draft mock up. Stay tuned for new coaches. 

Then went to Boca Raton Barnes and Noble in Florida where the new Earth Diet book is available. 

Then went to Vitacost where I got to meet the new CEO Kevin! 

With Andrew and Lindsay on the Vitacost team. 

This is Vitacost vending machine! This is available to their staff - healthy snacks! Amazing! 

Next was Wholefoods where I had my favorite rice milk ice cream! 

And That's It bars! That have just 2 ingredients - no preservatives or additives. Plus totally delicious. 


My Wholefoods bill was $11.11


Dinner was out with friends. Had this amazing crab salad.

Fulfilling cravings

Started the day with a big organic protein breakfast. 

Organic free range eggs with organic chicken sausage. With real salt, organic ketchup and avocado. Pepper and lots of cilantro. 



Morning snack was this coconut milk chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirl! Such a treat. And high in protein. Close up!!! 

In the afternoon I visited Wholefoods Ft Lauderdale for the farmers markets and had this freshly squeezed organic watermelon juice. 

Enjoyed this organic baguette.

Dinner was organic salmon with huge salad of lettuce, snap peas, cilantro and lemon juice. 

Then I baked this spice cake (brand Vitacost) and its gluten free! Amazing! 


Finished night with chamomile tea.

Chocolate day!

I started the day with an organic nectarine. It was so divine. Then I was craving protein. So I fried one egg and two organic chicken sausages with organic ketchup. 

For morning snack I had another organic nectarine. I drank lots of water. 

I did an hour of body work. 

For lunch I had this ice cream at Wholefoods made of rice milk! Loaded with protein and iron. So amazing. Brand it rice dream. 


Later afternoon snack I had some of my favorite healthier junk foods! Coconut milk ice cream with peanut butter and this organic candy! 

Snacked on it at Barnes and Noble! Stay tuned for my Florida book signing and photo opp! 

I had some kombucha. And then I went in the sauna and steam room for an hour.

Then I did a bentonite clay mask and hair mask! It's still on me drawing out toxins as I type this - feels so good. My body was craving it. Also had 50 minute massage today! Feet, back and neck and  shoulders. I was so grateful to be able to nourish my body like that. 


Skipped dinner! I am sure I will wake up nice and hungry!

Made natural skin care today!

Started the day in Miami! Good morning it was! 


For brunch I visited the Wholefoods in Miami. Stunning location.


I had a mixture of carbs, protein and greens from the buffet. And a green juice with wheatgrass. So fulfilling. 


I was on the radio at 3pm on GNC Live with Dr Leonard Coldwell talking about the earth diet book launch and the earth diet cafe! I was asked if the aboriginals taught me any health secrets - well yes of course that is my foundation. I was 5 when I started to learn the laws of nature. Now I share it all in my new book! 

For an afternoon snack I was craving protein so had TWO of these organic chicken apple sausages with organic ketchup on a spinach wrap. 

So happy when a client of mins John sent me a photo of his daily blood juice aka beet juice that I put on his program as I am health coaching him! 

Then I went shopping at Wholefoods. One of my rewards was this rice milk ice cream covered in chocolate and nuts. Yum so so so delicious. 

Dinner was this coconut! Wholefoods actually cut it open for me. I love eating the nut. It's so clean and fresh and yet filling! No guilt with mono style eating! 

Stocked up on fresh organic foods and products! Among this shopping list was bentonite clay, real salt, potatoes, organic sausages, aloe leaf, tomatoes, lettuce, basil, kombucha, organic eggs and so much more! 

Then I made skin care! My face was craving a good clean and scrub and I ran out of my organic product so I wanted to make some, since the ones I saw available in Wholefoods had so many chemicals I just don't want to put them on my face.

So I made a natural face cleanser with:
- 2 tablespoons clean water 
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
- 1 drop essential oil tea tree
- 1 drop essential oil eucalyptus 

Then I used organic cotton pads and dipped them in the cleanser and then cleaned my face. You can see the dirt that gets lifted and comes off. 
- If it burns your face add more water. 
- This mixture will do 1-3 face cleanses. 

For the Face Scrub I made:
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
- 2 tablespoon aloe Vera (use fresh or gel) 
- 1 teaspoon salt (add more if you want more exfoliant)
- 1 drop tea tree
- 1 drop eucalyptus 

- This mixture will do 1-3 face scrubs!

Chocolate for breakfast

Breakfast was chocolate peanut butter cup (recipe in new book) gluten free chocolate muffin with lemon water and green tea. Lots of antioxidants. Preparing for a day of travel. 

Lunch was gluten free muffins! Chocolate peanut butter and blueberry! These will be in the new Earth Diet Cafes!!! I cannot believe they are gluten free. This is key.
