Chlorophyll for blood transfusion

I have heard so much about chlorophyll being able to be a natural blood transfusion, so I did some research.

Firstly what is chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll (also chlorophyl) is a green pigment found incyanobacteria and the chloroplasts of algae and plants. People remember; green plants = chlorophyll.

What plants contain chlorophyll?

  • kale
  • spinach
  • parsley
  • spirulina
  • wheatgrass
  • barley
  • broccoli
  • chlorella
  • green beans
  • arugula
  • leeks

You can get chlorophyll by eating these plants, especially with slow chewing and absorbing their juices into your tongue and mouth. You can also juice these plants, or put them into a smoothie.

Chlorophyll offers a lot of benefits: It cleanses our blood and helps detoxify the liver, colon and entire digestive tract. It also accelerates weight loss, and can help to treat cancer, diabetes, bone disease, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and heart disease.

A recipe I have designed below incorporates chlorophyll with coconut water. Apparently, in WWII Coconut Water was used for blood transfusions in soldiers & saved many lives. According to Jo Ward, author of Raw Food Blog, she says her cousin Justin who is in the army, this still gets taught this to use as plasma!

According to Ravishing Raw, our blood exists of about 55% of plasma (about the same structure as coconut water) and 45% of hemoglobin (for the transportation of oxygen.) The hemoglobin is "essentially transformed plant blood", chlorophyll. Drinking a mixture of 55% Coconut Water & 45% Chlorophyll (plant blood) is said to be an instant blood transfusion! By drinking this concoction it can help re-build our blood. This is helpful to know when suffering from blood diseases/issues like my client Debbie.
You can get a 100% coconut water in many health food shops or could even buy a whole coconut and use the fresh coconut water which of course is better as it is more whole.
Drink this concoction to re-build your blood and treat your body to a natural blood transfusion. Drink this in the morning on a empty stomach if you want the full benefits of it and a quick absorption in the blood. But also "taking chlorophyll before or at meal-time greatly reduces the carcinogenic effects of food. Since it primarily acts as a blocking agent, it is able to block the absorption of the carcinogen by forming a molecular complex too large to be assimilated in the small intestine. In other words, to get the full anti-cancer benefits, eating a salad comprised of spinach, kale, parsley and other green-goodies before a well-done steak will help prevent the development of those cancer-causing compounds." So drink this concoction before eating meat or processed junk foods to help with digestion and to reduce carcinogenic effects.
Mike Adams from Natural News says that "modern medicine, of course, has utterly failed to recognize any use for chlorophyll whatsoever. But followers of raw living foods understand very well how important chlorophyll is to human health."

Here is a recipe I created for Chlorophyll and Coconut Water Blood Transfusion

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients:
1 whole coconut (or 2 cups coconut water)
1/2 head of kale
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup parsley
1 tablespoon wheat grass
1/2 cup broccoli

Action:
1. If you have a whole coconut, bust a hole and pour the coconut water into a blender like the VITAMIX
2. Add the rest of the green ingredients. Blend for 2-3 minutes until you have a smoothie! Drink and enjoy the blood transfusion and other benefits!

One way that I get chlorophyll on a daily basis is from drinking Phresh Greens. It is an organic ready made greens powder that I mix with water. It is great for people on the go, just mix 1 teaspoon into a cup of water, and for a blood transfusion mix with coconut water! The ingredients include all of the greens: parsley, spirulina, wheat grass, oat grass, barley grass, alfalfa grass, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, kale and chlorella. This blog is thanks to my client Debbie, who I mentor, and has heart disease, diabetes and obesity and is determined to enjoy the rest of her life! She keeps track of her experience in a daily blog at www.EarthDietBlogs.com/DebbieSavesHerLife Doctors told her she may need a blood transfusion. This is what I am recommending for her to try, and then doctors can test for results.

Living a chemical free lifestyle over time will expel all unnecessary toxins in the body. The goal is to maintain a healthy body that is well balanced.

Toxins can be caused by stress, processed junk foods, chemicals, genetically modified foods, environment like the air we breathe, technology including our cell phone and television usage, and not moving our body enough. When toxins build up in our body it causes an acidic body, which is where illness and disease like cancer, diabetes, depression, addiction, MS etc thrive. It is very important we regularly cleanse toxins from our body to be consistently healthy. I have used these tools often since living a natural lifestyle, and have proven to be successful for many.

PRINT this list and keep these in mind whenever you feel like wanting to discharge toxins.

If you have any questions or comments about any of these tips, let me know in the comments section below!

When feeling down here is some positivity and inspiration

When I am having a bad moment and really want to feel better, I listen to some of these inspiring stories and people on Youtube. Immediately there is some relief, as these stories are full of love, hope, inspiration, conscious and joy. Sometimes I will listen to them for hours until I am fully past being stuck in a rut.

As Tony Robbins says "There is no obstacle on the planet that can stop you. Period."
His videos are great to have in the background at work as he emanates energy and positivity - you can't help but feel better and more empowered! "Tiny change means big results"

Eckhart Tolle talks about being present and conscious - no matter what. He talks about pain and suffering and how to go beyond it. "How to live without stress in your day to day life."

Anita Moorjani was in a coma and had a near death experience that changed her life. She had 24 tumors the size of lemons and realized that her consciousness could shift everything. To this day she is alive and well. She gives hope to all people with tumors, cancer and life threatening disease. "Dying To  Be Me" Doctors gave her just hours to live...

The Miracle Man was a 'vegetable' after crashing his plane. Doctors said he would be paralyzed for life and was even on a breathing machine. He used his mind to rebuild his body and is alive and sharing his story of transformation today. He gives us all hope when we think there is none. "A positive thinker can achieve anything in life."

Esther Hicks - Abraham gives us permission to be joyous and encourages us to raise our vibration. "The easiest way to start positivity..."

Doreen Virtue focuses on angels, love, heaven and light. For when all we need to hear and feel is light. "Moving forward on your life purpose."

Bruce Lipton gives a scientific approach on how we can take control of our health and lives. "Biology of Belief"

Enjoy!
